I'm new to brantford and Lonnie's is AMAZING. Such a huge selection. Something for everyone for sure. You will be HAPPY every time. I really love the new girl Mikayla. All the staff is incredible and they work hard, so we should tip them well. Thanks for the fantastic 5 star service. Oh and I REALLY love fresh cut fries and the vegan gravy and cauliflower bites. My faves! Why is it so hard to find fresh cut fries these days? LOVE! Peace Mon......wish you so much success for many years to come.

I had poutine and it was terrible. I didn't think someone could screw up a poutine but it was extremely dry with barely a speck of gravy anywhere! Also they were gritty like the potatoes weren't cleaned properly, I was crunching on sand. I wont order from here again.

Picked up one of their many specialty poutines for lunch. The price was reasonable but honestly it was too much for 1 person to eat. It was delicious, definitely going back to try another poutine when I am in Brantford.

When there for ice cream the other day like always good visit good food fest service for the price I paid for a large ice cream of three different kinds in one bowl for only 7 dollars or so the heaping amount is well worth it compared to anywhere else ...

Poutine portion sizes are generous. Take-out fries are soggy though. Even the fries that are not covered in gravy are not crispy after ordering. Cheese curds are splendid! Will be back again to try other menu items. Perhaps punch holes in poutine containers for natural ventilation.

So the first on Tuesday I ordered 2lbs wings. Drunk Junk. Chicken Cesar wrap and large fruit bowl. We ordered delivery because we have two young kids and we live 5 min drive away from the store. Not only did it take over an hour for the food to get there but the wings and fruit was missing. So I called and let them know and the girl said that they were closed at 2:40 (they close at 3) and I explained I was missing orders and they said sorry we can’t deliver now because we are closed I will put it down in the book and you can get it tomorrow. I called wednesday explained the situation and they told me the girl did not fill out all the information as she should have and they would get back to me tomorrow I said okay and explained again I was missing a large fruit bowl and 2lbs of wings. I called today (Friday) and they said they could credit my phone number although I was previously told they would deliver as they messed up the order I was informed I would have to pay nearly $7 delivery charge for the missing contents of an order that was messed up. So we decided to order lunch as to not waste the credit. We got two drunk junks and what was supposed to be my large fruit bowl and 2lbs of wings from previous order. Again they took over and hour and a half to deliver the order and I called at the 1.5 hr mark mind you we live 5 minute drive away when I called they were surprised the delivery driver was not there and started to talk amongst themselves of how long ago she left. By the time she delivered the food the onion rings were soggy the potato skins were rock hard and dry, the cheese on the fries was coagulated (which should not happen if they were freshly made) as well as the fries were soggy, the mozza sticks were cold and coagulated gravy was cold the fruit bowl looks like they just took a can of fruit and dumped it in a bowl it was slivers of fruit in syrup when I was expecting fresh fruit, missing and extra gravy also instead of getting my origonally ordered and paid for 2 lbs of wings we got 5 wings. All in all extremely disappointed. And very upset with poor service !

I've been to this place probably 20 times and have never been disappointed.. their portions are fantastic in fact if I had to complain about anything I would say that instead of putting two patties which make the burgers to big I always ask for one patty.NOW, the ice cream. If you have never ordered ice cream from here then you don't know what you are missing. its like 5-6 scoops for under $4. They will ask, do you want to put a lid on it, they pack it in. the French fries are always fantastic.  They also stay open for 24 hours. Great place.

Friendly service,<br/>large portions, great price. If you are looking for some drunchies, or a family meal, this place can't be beat. I love to order from here.

This place was awful. First time I ordered food showed up cold and an hour later. Second time I ordered I called after an hour and they said it would be here any minute and I called back another hour later since it wasnt here. I ended up cancelling the order since the food would be cold and its ridiculous waiting 2 hours for food. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

Not a very good place... i have ordered a couple of times.. and was not impressed... very over cooked food.... the taco and burrito pack was just inedible... never again..  the only good thing was delivery was fast both times... that is why i gave it a 2 and not a 1

I was here for lunch at this small restaurant in the downtown core of Brantford hoping that this place would be a diamond in the rough with some character, but I was disappointed. Poor service, mediocre food (dried out hand cut fries), turned this place into a "visit once and forget it" place for me.

Horrible. Every time I try to call try never answer or they "can't deliver tonight" <br/>What the hell kind of place is this? I'm starving it's the only other place open that "delivers"<br/>They are supposed to be 24 hours.<br/>Bunch of idiots

Best place. They have the most beautiful women working there. Great tasting food. Great prices. I'm always here.

Use to be good. Was great two years ago, went recently horrible horrible experience, terrible quality, found a potato slice in my poutine, definitely not impressed to say the least.

Not impressed. Got a western sandwich was suppose to be western n cheese NO cheese has big chunks of ham only 3 pieces of ham in the whole sandwich sandwich wasn't even cut they used the end end piece of loaf of the bread this is the first bad experience I 've had

Worst Experience in Brantford. I have gone to Lonnie's now on multiple occasions and the food and service have been disgusting at best. The food is cold once it arrives and the service is even worst. I ordered take out, when I ordered I was told one price and when the food arrived it was a different price. They put on a $5 delivery charge without telling me and the person delivering it was extremely rude to me about paying it. When I ordered they were out of half the items on the menu. My two friends ordered salads, one a small and one a medium. When the salads arrived they were the exact same size and the person who ordered the medium had to pay more for the same amount of salad the person who ordered the small got. To make it even better, they over charged me, they rounded up the tax by 50 cents. The next day when I called to inform the manager what happen, she said it was here problem and that its not here lose that I didn't like it. I highly suggest you avoid here and try one of the more polite and professional restaurants in Brantford.

My first piece of advice for anyone thinking of ordering from lonnie's is DONT!<br/>The food is like 3/10 and their service is 1/10. They have forgotten to include things I paid for, and there has been times where they didnt even show up with our delivery.<br/>Never eating or ordering from here again.

Closed....330 am. Lonnies on market I thought was 24/7 but I guess not... this makes me sad I want choc milk.......you will never get my business again ..

Ate there twice... Once for nachos and once for specialty poutine... Disappointed both times. Never going again.

Yum!. Lonnies probably has the BEST poutine EVER! I crave it on a daily basis! SOOOO good! :)

Worst nachos ever !!. I went to lonnie's and ordered their nachos, it was one big disappointment. The nachos had big chunks of onions, green peppers, tomatos and mushrooms the meat was very dry and gross there was barely any of it anyways then they sprinkled a little bit of shredded cheese on them and baked them there was only cheese on about 3 nachos and they didn't put any sour cream or salsa or any type of sauce on them. I know where I'll never be going back !

Will Never Return!. I thought I would give this place a try as I always walk by it. I walked in there, and the place had a few people. The place itself is really small, and it isn't very well-maintained. It was around lunch time and there were delivery men coming in and out of the door; it was very inconvienent. The radio was on and it was all static, it sounded awful. The food took about 10 minutes to arrive. When it did, I wish I hadn't had ordered it. I had ordered the chicken fingers with a side of french fries. There were three little chicken fingers that looked like they just came out of the freezer. The french fries were cold and lacked salt. This was probably one the worst meals I have ever had. I was very disappointed with the food. It definitely wasn't worth the money, and I will never return to this place.

Yes and No. I have been here multiple times, and I love it and I don't like it.. I think it depends on the cook.. I have had some AMAZING food here.. then... well.. my dog got it the next time.

WORST FOOD IN BRANTFORD. I am new to the city, and thought I would try this place for a good burger and fries since the reviews were great. My burger was stale, my fries were soggy, oh and my soggy microwaved pogo.... YUM! NOT! Oh, and did I mention a burger and poutine took 35 minutes?! Waste of money, disgusting.

We go there once a week as a treat! We always get poutine,nachos or their awesome awesome cheese sticks! It's so cheap and so delish :)

Lonnie's has 15 kinds of poutines which are all great and amazing quantity of food for the price. They also have pocket sandwiches that are also good...However when Lonnie's is busy it is the most unorganized restaurant I have ever been in. the number system were they right it on your hand is terrible. Last time I was at lonnies I saw 3 different people with number 4 written on there hand which just made the situation worst than it already was!!

They premake the home fries with onions so if you don't want that beware. Just a few tables and it is an order counter operation. Upside: many poutines and it is 24 hours and the staff is nice. Coffee is ok only.

15 different poutines for $11 that are big enough to fill 4 people. Flavors like 3 meat, taco, breakfast which included bacon and eggs on a poutine and lost of over amazing ones. Ultimate munchies location!

I only eat there tacos and breakfasts there which are always yummy also open 24 hours which is nice as not many places are 24 hours in Brantford!
