This restaurant allows you to order as much sushi as you want through out your entire stay! Which means the wait staff are constantly taking orders and bringing food to tables. Not an easy task. Most restaurants take your order bring your food and done. Not sure ppl realize how hard the staff work at sushi 8.and if you order tons of food and waste most of it why shouldn't you pay extra? Or should they raise their buffet price to compensate and everyone suffers? I think the place is great . Kudos to the staff for putting up with some very ignorant and self entitled customers.
This is my favourite sushi place, the food is lovely, and we've never had a problem with the staff! I go there with my friend and brother all the time.

Fabulous food, fantastic staff, and a great ambiance! This place just recently opened, and we are already regulars. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and welcoming, and the food is divine! Huge selection, fast service, and some dishes we’ve never seen anywhere else! We’ve brought friends both locally and out of town, and everyone loves it. So happy they decided to come to Brantford!
Lunch $25/ adult, $15/kid. Food was ok; salmon wasn't as fresh but still ok. It's cheaper than Joy but not nearly as good. I will return to Joy Sushi, not here. Service was excellent! Everytime our water was empty or near empty, the server was right there to fill our cup! For the service I gave 1 extra star.
I am so glad Bratford has a high quality AYCE restaurant! we enjoyed all of their foods! And the original bubble tea is a must for dessert!

Really nice customer service experience and food was good. Still working out some of the kinks but in talking with the owners, I get the sense they are working hard to hear customer feedback and improve each day. One thing to point out is they make their sushi pizza in personal sized portions which is great. Love how they do their cream cheese wonton with a lemon sauce. Will be back
The staff at the Brantford location are incredible. So kind and attentive to their customers. 4 stars strictly for them and the deep fried milk pudding. The sushi was okay. Not my favourite place I have tried but they are a brand new location so it’s okay if things aren’t 100% perfect! I’ll definitely try them out again in a few months.
Had a nice lunch at hi sushi. Menu had a wide range of selection and food was amazing. Everything we could order through the iPad and it was very convenient. Service was amazing, staff was very friendly. Bubble tea was rly good. Nice to have a good bubble tea place around here. My new go to bubble tea place from now on!! Price was amazing for the food and service that we got.
