Review Tin Cup Sports Grill - Brantford

Good Looking Spots bar. Entered through the patio doors as there was an apparent issue with the main doors. Hostess was great... the rest was average at best. Good Was Okay But Over Cooked Waitress wasnt around or useful

I have been to that place so many times and never wrote reviews. I also been in one in Burlington. My favorite appetizer/meal is nachos!!! I can't have enough of it. Version with chicken is the best choice. Burgers are great as well. Service is very friendly and very prompt. Girls are very knowledgeable about beer choices and recommendation. Great place in Brantford!!!

Service was excellent and our waitress was really nice And helpful. Best Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer out there. Huge pieces of cauliflower and didn't skimp on the Buffalo. Had a Angus burger with custom toppings and it was fantastic. I also recommend the beer batter french fries. Draft beer was a bit warmer than I'd like but other than that, would recommend. Edit. Menu is a little lacking of options

The food was so good! The portions were perfect. Best part was we were there for half price appetizers on a Thursday night before 6pm. That was a nice surprise. The white staff were very nice and extremely accommodating. The atmosphere is quiet but we had a noisy bunch of ladies..... which didn't seem to hot here anyone. Going back for our Christmas get-together with the smell ladies!

Went later in the evening, it was pretty slow about 12 patrons in the building. Service was sub par, food including appetizers took over an hour and 15 mins to arrive, and my meal was only half prepared. Sat at our table for significant amouts of time with empty glasses and waited for refills after we received our waitresses attention. over all a terrible experience.

The service was excellent, the waitress was great for our group and I can’t praise her enough on going above and beyond. I ordered the meatloaf and it had a bunch of tin foil mixed in with it and the beer was warm and had food floaters which couldn’t have been from me I didn’t eat. The manager was clearly there and didn’t bother coming to the table even after the food went back( which I never do). I will never, ever go back and will be sure to let people know how garbage this place is. The only reason this even gets a star is for service.

We went to the Tin Cup because the web site advertised help price apps and 99 cent baby draughts in the hours that we were there.  On arrival we were  told that the 99 cent baby draughts were no longer available.  <br/>we argued that the web site advertises this so therefore it should be honoured.  The manager told us that a "3rd party" manages the web page and there is nothing he can do about it.  Well!!  There is something he can do about it!!  He can honour the promised advertisement!!  He WOULD NOT do it.  In this day and age, MANY PEOPLE  rely on web page ads to choose which pub they are going to go to.  And the PUBS RELY on the web page ads to draw customers !!  If you don't give what the ads advertise, why advertise!!!  So, tho the half price apps were delicious , we will not be returning  for the simple matter that the manager REFUSED to give what was advertised!!

It's always a good place to eat. Today we had French Onion Soup, very tasty but could have had more onions and cheese! I had the Butternut Squash Salad dinner size and hubby had Greek Salad, minus olives. He's not a fan. Both salads where a very good size and both had lots of items in. Not just lettuce, if you know I mean. We will return!

A nice typical sports bar. Fairly new with lots of large screen TV's. I was there with four others. A good server, but the food service was very slow. Everyone ordered burgers and when they finally got to our table all agreed they were excellent, but two of us us ordered sweet potato fries and they were almost cold on arrival. They were replaced by the server as soon as she inquired. The beer was cold and there were lots of choices on tap. Nothing really special but I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Bad overall experience. We have been to the both tin cup locations in Oakville numerous times and always enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately this visit to the Branford location was not this way. It was our first time eating there it is a beautiful restaurant but the service was terrible. Twice we needed to ask for drink refills when all 3 cups at the table were empty for at least 5-10 mins. We needed to ask for more napkins as well. The food was decent - not as great as the food we have eaten at the Oakville locations. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich that was ordered was awful. Extremely messy and one of the bottom halves of the bun was completely ripped in half and was unable to be eaten. The other meals were okay - sweet potato fries were great but the one sandwich was very greasy. Unfortunately the waitress was just overall miserable looking. No smile and did not seem genuinely concerned about our meals or overall experience. More interested in socializing with another table of someone she clearly knew and eating off of their plates. Unfortunately we will not be retuning even though this location is much more convenient for us.

Must Go... A rare and unique culinary experience. The food is amazing the atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it. Not your average PUB fare. Must try..... beer battered Buffalo cauliflower. Simply out of this world. Portions are very very generous... An absolute 10+ super health conscious options on the menu... I had the best salad and it was exquisite. Enjoy!

Spaghetti Squash. Very satisfying. Savory sauce with lots of ricotta cheese.

NOT Happy. My family and I attended Tin Cup in Brantford for a family birthday dinner and were disappointed in the food.<br/>Two of our party had Chicken Dinner with lemon and mushroom sauce, and could not eat it , the chicken tasted<br/>bad, it was returned to kitchen, and manager said he could not account for the taste and thought it might be the mushroom sauce. We did not wish to replace these entrees they were taken off the bill.<br/>I ordered chicken wings they were cold on arrival at table, taken back and reheated, still not warm .<br/>We were offered one free desert but declined, also gave us 25% of bill, which still came to $65.63.<br/>As a result of this two of our party had no dinner, and we left and went to another restaurant to eat.<br/>We had visited the Tin Cup previously and had good food.

Menu changed :(. Great food before they changed the menu to same food u get everywhere else... Great service nice clean place.

Overpriced for 2lb wings and service extremely slow. They told us after 40 minutes after ordering that the maple smoked wings were sold out!

Outstanding!! Our first visit there and will definitely be going back. Food was fantastic and our server Sasha was very friendly. Great job by all!

Very gog. Tired of all the same road house food everywhere, so we have now been to the tin cup 3 times are are pleasantly surprised. Food has been excellent (especially the wings) good service - hope they keep it up !

Nice meal. This is a relatively sports bar type place. I had the dip trio which was served with fresh pita triangles and a spinach salad with butternut squash. My food was good and the service was friendly.

This place is fantastic! Interior deco is superb and looks fabulous! The food was delicious and service was great i reccomend this to everyone!

Our family of 5 ate here recently. We were very pleasantly surprised! We ordered a variety of items including fish and chips, a curry, natchos and a trio of dips. This is pub food with a special twist... Everything from the gravy to the sweet potato fries are done with a little added something. Kudos to whoever created the menu! The service was great, drinks and food were excellent. We plan on returning again soon!

Awesome Place!. We decided to visit this place after noticing that it had just opened. When we walked in, we were surprised at how much the place looked. It was very well-decorated, clean, and stocked with the perfect amount of televisions and audio systems. We were greeted by a kind hostess who brought us to our table. We were given menus and was promptly greeted by our server. Our server was very nice and friendly. She answered all of the questions that we had with a smile. We finally decided on the calamari to start, and the philly steak sandwich with sweet potato fries and ratatouille sandwich for second. The calamari came out within five minutes of us ordering it. It was a large portion and it tasted excellent! Very well cooked with just the perfect amount of spice. We then waited about ten minutes to receive our main meals after we finished our appetizer. The philly steak sandwich was perfect! The bun was fresh, the cheese was oozing, and the meat was hot. The sweet potato fries were cut in a fancy way, it was very appetizing! The ratatouille sandwich was also delicious, with just the perfect amount of vegetables to give it that tangy taste. The food tasted phenomenal, and the service was top-notch. It only cost us about $40 for all of this food. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely return! Great job Brantford for finally bringing an amazing sports grill to town!
