Review A&w Restaurant - Brantford

I’ve been to this location a couple of times over the past month and it’s been good every time I’ve paid a visit. Only reason to not give 5 stars is that the cashier isn’t overly friendly. She wasn’t bad, but very basic, “hello, can I take your order”. The food was good.

The fries from A&W are pretty decent when you compare them to other fast food places. Prices are also a bit higher comparing because the food is a bit better quality. Service seems friendly and accommodating.

Understaffed, no managers working and the poor girl working the drive thru said she'd been trying to reach the owner who wasn't answering his/her phone. Waited in drive thru 20 minutes + before order taken. Cars behind me gave up and backed out. And to top it off, when I got home my simple breakfast order was wrong. Wow, hard to put into words how disappointing this "fast food" experience was at all levels😠

They just through there burgers together . Onion ring where falling apart . Bad service no smile . When u hit ther fiid no enjoy or have a good day .

Drive-thru always quick and efficient. And the quality for a fast food hamburger is always good. Always consistent.

Well order new cod burger but not good full of fat and not cooked fresh .had to return burger didnot tast Good

Good food, but the price of the food should drop.

You don't get much for the over priced food.

I purchased my white gold diamond ring 5 years ago. I Kept up with all my cleaning and regular maintenance. A year after purchasing it I noticed that it was turning yellow. The store clerk told me that my ring is yellow gold. I'm very upset that the store sold me a gold ring when it was supposed to be white gold. Unfortunately, after numerous complaints all they offered me was a coupon. A big cooperation like People should go over and above to insure a satisfied customer. After four years of complaining and money spent there I'm still left with a sour taste in my mouth and will think twice purchasing jewelry from People's again. Laurie Racette

The staff at this jewelry store are top notch... I took my ring in to be cleaned only to be told that a number of the diamonds where loose and it was just a matter of time before they started to pop out of the setting all together. Being that my ring was originally purchased for 1250.00..! I didn't hesitate to allow it to be sent off to have the diamonds reset and the ring recoated with rhodium (a platinum derivative) I was told it would take up to 2 to 3 weeks for it to come back. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call just 6 days later that my ring was ready for pick up. Wow..! I was stunned at how good it looked. I have been wearing it for 13 years and when it came back it looked the same as the day I bought it. 65.00 for the repair well spent. It is nice to know that the diamonds are now secure once more and will likely stay that way for at least another decade or more. Thank you very much Peoples and also a big thank you to the lady that showed me just how close I'd come to loosing one if not more of the stones in my ring!..

After one month to the day I finally get my ring back! Brought my ring in Feb 12th to have the bottom of my puzzle ring soldered together. I was originally quoted $65 and told I was going to get my ring back March 5th at the latest. 23 days after I dropped it off March 6th I get a message saying that they have yet to do anything to my ring and now it's $105 to solder it and "fix it" I didn't need to be fixed! I then had to wait to the following Monday (25 days later) to call back. I didn't get any straight answers from the store or the company. I declined having my ring fixed. So now exactly one month later (feb 12-march12) I get my ring back with a piece of tape now holding it together. Thanks for nothing and for your garbage service! I will never do business with you ever again and I will make sure I'll steer family and friends away as well!
