There was a shortage of ice cap products in Brantford. I was going all over looking for an iced cap. . This Timmy's was one of the only Timmy's in Brantford that was still selling them. I literally called every Timmy's till I found them. I went through like 5 before I found out they had them. Super

Good location for a cruise night every Saturday lots of free parking and free wifi too.

Worst Tim Hortons in Canada. This place is not capable of getting an order correct. All I want is a black coffee and a buttered bagel how is this hard? The staff here reflects the neighborhood it's a shame this is my option on the way to work.

I went to buy a large iced cap regular and they charged me $11.24 ( I checked my bank) I didn’t get the receipt. I went inside the check to get the receipt they started ignoring me and left me to wait. They charged me for someone else order. And I didn’t get my refund or receipt. I Left and won’t go

Quick in and quick out. Just as expected for a timmies. Food was good and the staff was friendly. Lots of parking here.

It's Tim's, drive through line wait to long. I Don't use the drive through, people ordering 5 course dinners. I will not wait in line to get a coffee.

Went through the drive-thru and asked for maple bacon mcmuffin they gave me without the maple flavor. Not impressed. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

Tim Hortons has upped their game their coffee is much better than it was a year or two ago congrats both Tim Hortons I was at today were excellent
