Best customer service. I am a big fan of hero burger's burgers and i was in this area this week so i ended up going to the one on Hurontario. Had a phenomenal experience. i have been to this branch last year and wasnt too impressed with the customer service but i believe the management or something has changed that made it do soo much better. I ordered a beef burger and within 8 minutes i got my meal. it was fresh. Also, the manager was so polite and nice he came up to me and also to 4 other customers sitting in the restaurant that time to ask about the food and service provided.
I am veryy impressed and would recommend my friends to hit that place.
