Review Nando's North Brampton - Brampton

My order was 1) chicken sandwich 2)chicken wrap 3)garlic bread & 4)Peri Peri fries. Chicken sandwich looks good and taste good. Chicken wrap was not grilled so I was slight disappointed but it’s my mistake too that I didn’t tell them to grill but overall taste good and medium in size. Peri Peri fries and garlic bread are awesome. The lady who was working on the counter was bit rude so she has to learn how to talk with the customer but I don’t wanna give less rating only because of her so it’s 4/5.

Edit update 2021: I used to celebrate most of my birthday dinners here. But this location has gone down. They hire people with no soul and no customer service (really bordering on rude when asked for Vaccine status and certificate). Visited on a chilly fall day and the heat wasn't even working. Guests in the restaurant kept their jackets on to try and enjoy a meal. The floor had food all around and didn't look like they care to sweep it. Waited for about 20 minutes between ordering and getting food on the table, all the while freezing. We were really contemplating on just getting it all packed and leave at that point. They had two of the sauces bottles on the table (garlic and hot) and when I asked for the extra hot sauce, I was told they don't serve those anymore. I probably have more Nando's sauce at home than they do at the restaurant. The chicken came and was dry - not drizzled in the sauce you choose as it used to be. The casa salad had no dressing at all. I'm sure the restaurant has changed ownership since the pandemic or before because the quality of food, ambiance and customer service all went really down. Overall a very bad experience.

Disappointed in portion sizes, the food was over-priced for the quantity and quality. Dishes were cold, the rice was dry and hard, which gave us the impression that it was old. The chicken was dry and lacked flavour.

Good was good! Sadly they didn’t have half the sides listed. No mashed potatoes or corn! Love the soda fountain there! So many options 😊

Loved it. Awesome signature taste, excellent service and quiet descent dine in space. No parking issues. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended 👌

Words can’t describe the smell of how bad this chicken was, 3 times I’ve ordered Uber and had foul meat sent to me… don’t waste your money here unless you want to have stomach issues for a week. The smell was so bad that I lost my appetite completely!!! Called manage and she told me I could have 20% off my next order, what a disgrace. Nandos needs to take this location away from the owner.. I’ve never had issues at any other GTA location. And the previous owner 8 years ago was amazing.

Nanos is always a great spot to grab a bite. I didn't try take out from this location so I can't speak on that but the staff is friendly and the service is good. Next time I'm in the area I'll make sure to hit up this spot

One of the worst restaurants in Brampton both food quality and customer service from management. Picked up food last week for dinner and chicken was charcoal black in most parts and had black burnt grill dirt all over the chicken bc it was being cooked on a dirty grill. I threw out my $36 dollar dinner in the garbage and called the restaurant right away and after holding for 30 mins one of the managers said they will call me back the next day. Never heard from them. I will never go back to this location or recommend anyone else to go there. Flat out disgusting and not safe for your health to eat this quality of food.

HAD PIECES OF RICE AND SAUCE IN IT<br/>On Oct 2, 2020 I picked up a take out order- Classic meal-whole chicken, 2 garlic mashed potatoes and garlic bread from the Brampton location at Hurontario and Bovaird. I called to tell them what I discovered in my order once I got home. <br/> The supervisor denied responsibility and made me feel as though I was lying about my experience. <br/>We are in a CoVid 19 pandemic and all health and safety procedures should be followed. Nobody should pick up a take out order and have to wonder if the food has already been eaten from.<br/>Beware of the Nandos Bovaird and Hurontario location poor food and health and safety practices and poor supervisory and manager customer service practices. <br/>Do not from eat there!<br/>

at canada this is the best outlet i had tried there chicken dimsum and there chicken platter and pery pery chicken was the best love to order again and again

Been here only once. Ambience 8/10, Food 8/10, service 8.5/10.. overall a good experience, not much quantity as compared to prices.. less parking if going in day time but after hours is always good plenty parking as its in a plaza.. Food is good and staff is courteous..

Ordered Tabbouleh vegetarian , veggie sandwich , Portobello halloumi none liked it , portobello was falling out of the sandwich . Only person liked was peri peri chicken . Guess not good place for vegetarians . Also patty for veggie sandwich was burnt

Very poor quality Nando's on Hurontario in Brampton! I have been going there for years. Extremely cheap management. Fries always double<br/>or triple fried. Served cold. No efforts to improve. They would send the fries back if you are not happy!!! Chicken most of the time dry. We would rather travel to Mississauga or Burlington than to give these people business again. My opinion, unless Management changes (as in new owners) the restaurant will be empty in no time. We often use to see people complaining for a reason or another. Done with them on so many levels!

Love their juicy and tender chicken cooked to perfection and served with their trademark peri peri fries and the amazing sauces. Don't forget to try all the sauces - my favorite is the Hot peri peri sauce. Burger is also worth tasting.

I love nandos!!! No idea why anyone goes to swiss chalet when they can go to nandos. Flavourful and moist chicken and amazing garlic bread. Hoping this company continues to expand in the GTA. Very clean location with friendly staff . I do find it very pricey though... $4 for 1 garlic bun is crazy! My takeout order for 1 is $17
