Review Osmow's - Brampton

Gave me food poisoning, and it tasted so awful that my friend and I each threw out most of our two chicken on the rocks. This was January 31st 2022 and was the last time I will ever eat osmows. I have eaten hundreds of chicken on the rocks over the last 10 years from this location and it has become steadily worse each year. The chicken is dry, tasteless and full of cartilage. The garlic sauce is so bland it might as well be yogurt. The rice is cold and stale. And now it made me sick. This location is not struggling, why cut corners for pennies and ruin the reputation.

4/5- it’s been a while since I’ve had Osmow’s definitely appreciate the new recipes and items on the menu. The food was hot, delicious and super filling

I ordered chicken on the rocks with lik spice and this what i got.. like no sauce how can i eat it dry

Horrible service. We waited over an hour and a half for our order. One of our orders had grilled veggies and beyond meat in it. They said they don’t have enough room on their grills and did not make our veggies. After 90 mins, we asked to have the veggies replaced with rice instead. They didn’t even suggest earlier on that we should switch to rice since they won’t grill the veggies for us. The beyond meat was also not entirely cooked through. And the wraps we ordered barely had any sauce. We received no discount or accommodation for the horrible service, paid a lot, and waited too long for food that we did not even enjoy. We have not had experiences like this at other Osmows locations in the past. Only this one

Quality has gone down. Chicken was well done and pretty dry which was not the case before. I always order large chicken on rocks and find chicken juicy and moist but lately they are serving very dry chicken. If shawarma chicken is not juicy then it should not be called shawarma. It was waste of money ordering shawarma from this location. Too bad because it was the best Osmows location in whole brampton. But I will not continue to waste my money here anymore.

Worst customer care I ordered a chicken on the veggie while on the way to work. Since I know it take 10-15 minutes to prepare grilled veggie I called the place and told the lady who answered that I would be there after 10min. Although I went there after 10 min they even didn’t put veggie to grill and when they see me in store only the guy put veggie over the grill. When I asked about it the guy told in a unpleasant manner “ we were busy” even other co-workers were smiling and they took it as a joke. I am really disappointing the way this people treat their customers. This happened on May 17, 2022 at 8.20pm.

I had been going to Osmow’s for about a year, I would order chicken on the rocks. Overall my experience was good, however nowadays I am seeing practices I dont appreciate. My chicken on the rocks had less than usual sauce (since they charge now for extra sauce, i assume) and the chicken pieces were fewer than usual. I had similar experiance last week but thought it was a one-off. I might consider going for Osmow’s one more time and if this continues, I wont visit an Osmow’s ever P.S - I dont want any free meal as a compensation, I just hope you keep the standards high.

My order was completely wrong. After waiting 10 min for a few shawarma's, all of them were made incorrectly with toppings that were specifically avoided due to an allergy. Why even bother asking me what toppings I want if you're not going to adhere? The fries were soggy and cold and had likely been refried at least once. It's a shame, Osmow's has always been a staple go-to in my book, this location taints the quality and experience for the rest of them.
