Review Boston Pizza - Brampton

Food was so amazing. Every single thing we ordered was so delicious. Our server was so polite and helpful. Love how they have so many vegetarian 🌱 options. We were a larger group of people but they were still able to accommodate us all without any wait that too on a Saturday evening. Thank you 👍

Went for lunch, ate in the lounge. Service was fantastic. Server was very attentive but not overbearing. I had the Honey Dill Grilled Chicken Power Bowl and was quite full afterwards. Will definitely come back to this location

I visit this location often to host clients during lunch. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Rebecca was great at taking care of our order. The service was quick and food was prepared well.

went out for late nachos and beer. 9:30 is not that really late but they are running out of the beer and apps we like. a bit crowded that’s good for the business but few server which just for the beer alone we waited almost 15mins to be serve.

Good for family dining , took my parents , had some good vegetarian options too . ***Covid Alert*** anybody immunized outside Canada , will need Arrive Canada receipt email to show your immunization record along with other proof for vaccine for dining ! Hope this helps !

We all know this is the best place to visit for range of Pizzas and pastas and some good meal bowls... But to top it all when you have that little craving for the deserts then you should definitely try this Brownie with 2 scoops of Vanila Ice cream...Mouth watering and will make you drool... A total perfect combination to satisfy your taste buds.... Go for it peeps...

Food is always great here except the customer service. The receptionist told us to wait for 20 mins and she took almost 45 mins to offer us one table. Very poor customer service here, I have visited most of BP and they are not like this one 👎🏻 they must improve their service

Boston Pizza is your typical chain type restaurant, not going to break the bank but not going to compete with fast food prices. The food itself falls into the same category, probably better than grabbing a random burger but not going to compete with a specialty place. The servers were nice and quick, the food was ok but nothing to write home about. Chicken sandwich looks better than it is but it was still good, however the wings leave little to be desired. I would come back if it’s something in the area to grab a pint but won’t go out of my way to come here.

Oh God. Where do I start. I show up to enjoy a nice quiet meal with my friend, but our experience was anything but that. Without warning, while waiting to be seated, we’re asked if we will be participating in the Cobra Swimming team charity raffle. Politely, we say no. We just wanted to enjoy our meal. We get seated, smack dab in the middle of this charity feeding frenzy. It was loud, there was constant foot traffic of these peasants going around begging for donations. Being approached for the first time to buy raffle tickets, I politely said no, and we continued to eat our meal. We were then approached by three other groups requesting participation in the raffle. I was ready to cut something other than my chicken parm. On top of that, we were asked approximately 7 times, “How is everything going?”. I’m like look b**ch, the food is good, it was good 5 minutes ago, and it will probably be good 5 minutes from now. I’m just trying to get my eat on. Nothing wrong with charity and donations and s**t, but I can barely afford my meal in the first place. I would of had a better experience eating my meal on the patio, in the blistering cold. Next time you have an event like this, it should be advertised so people who just want to get their food on can do so in peace, or avoid the establishment in the first place.

Customer service was great! We had a amazing waitress making sure our drinks were refilled..we didn’t even have to ask. BUT the food...never ever have I had a problem with the Boston pizza chain before. Until now. We ordered the steak nachos when we were at the Huntsville location. Tons of chips and great peices of steak all through out..lots of it ...now thinking we will order the steak nachos again but in Brampton....tell me this..how can you justify calling it steak nachos and we get 5 messily little tiny slices..almost as thin as the dang onions...how can you call that steak nachos? Was NOT worth my money at all! Was very very disappointed in the food. If I’m ever gonna have Boston pizza again I’ll make the drive to another location. Not this one that’s just up the street from me. Shame on the kitchen staff for serving up a crap plate.

My only beef was that they wouldn't let me order a pina colada and a glass of wine at the same time. I had to finish my pina colada before they would serve my wine. I want to drink my wine with my meal. What am I, ten? No, I am 69 years old and a responsible drinker.

I will never go to this location again!!! Really really disappointed:( This is my third time that I have gone to this location for a birthday and the staff has refused service. We had notified the staff that we have a birthday in the group that we visited and the lady told us that they will the staff sing happy birthday. The lady comes back after 10 to 15 minutes and says that all their staff is busy while at the time she told this to us, there weren't many people in the restaurant. Therefore I don't see the reason why they could not do it. The times that we previously visited, they staff have provided this service to other people that have come for birthdays but not us!!! This is the third time that this same incident has happened to us at this location. Its not the fact that they could not sing but its a matter of "DISRESPECT" when this happens for the third time!!!!

Really enjoyed our visit the other night. My hubby tried my fav ... the shrimp tacos ... and he really enjoyed them. I tried a new dish ... garlic spaghetti with shrimp. It was amazing. Exactly my type of pasta dish. I never bring home a doggy bag, but I did with this one and it was just as delicious the next day! I will definitely have it again!!!

I got burned on a delivery order a couple of years ago and swore I wouldn't go back. I ordered my dinner and they told me 40 minutes for delivery, I was ok with that. An hour and half later I called and asked when I could expect it, she said he just left he will be there in a few minutes, I don't live far from the restaurant. 30 minutes later I called and cancelled my order. I've been a couple of times since, food was good, service questionable. My wife and I went 30 minutes ago, waited 10 minutes for the hostess to make an appearance with no one else in front of us waiting to be seated. We were seated and handed menus, 5 minutes later the table beside us was seated, 5 minutes after that the table beside us placed their drink and food order, we still hadn't been seen by a server. When she walked away without asking if we had been served it was time to go. I doubt I will give them a third opportunity to burn me again. Avoid this location at all costs if you are looking for anything that even resembled half decent service, you won't find it at this location

One server but she was good, fast and respectful, the food was awesome nice and Hot and delicious

We showed up shortly after they opened with 14 people. We did not call to make a reservation unfortunately but nothing was a problem for the bartender/server who was looking after us. Most of us ordered food which came out in good time and with no complaints. Best experience I have had in a while at any restaurant.

Unbelievably poor Experience. They have an event with the Trolls. We called to book a reservation and were told that a reservation was not needed as their was plenty of space. We arrived 30 minutes early to be told there is a 2 hour wait and they will only be here for 2 hours. There are tons of parents in the same boat leaving with crying children. What a horrible experience to dissapoint TONS of children! !!!! Clearly this event is an epic failure and not well planned at all.

Very friendly staff....Amy was great! We went to the Paw patrol party and my daughter had a great time!

EXTREMELY UPSET!!! I ate there last night and it was fine server was amazing with my godson. She took my name down to get us a spot for the paw patrol event and said we were set. Good thing i call today to confirm because i am not on the list and it is full so now I have to tell my excited kid he doesnt get to see paw patrol now.. thanks a lot.. .
