Review Flip's Restaurant - Brampton

My family has been coming here for many years now and they had always mentioned how good this restaurant is to me, after taking a week off of work I decided to drop by for breakfast first day off, and since then I have been coming in almost every morning. The atmosphere is bright and cozy, the food is delicious and the food portions are huge. So much food that I have to mention before hand to only give me half of what I usually get and still have a hard time finishing it. And the service is my favorite part, absolutely friendly people all around. My favorite being Gloria! Thank you so much for such a fantastic and friendly service everytime.

Been going here for a long long time and have always been impressed. The portions are huge! It's not overly greasy or soggy with butter like some places. Everything is fresh and made to order. I haven't tried any of the meat as I'm vegetarian, but I've heard from people I've gone with that it's really good. The pancakes and waffles are huge, sandwhiches are delicious, and the home fries are really my favourite part. They put a special seasoning on their home fries that makes them stand out from other breakfast places. It seems they've transferred to a chopped style potato as opposed to the old sliced fries which were bomb, but the new ones are still good. Even on uber eats the food is delicious and they always follow special instructions. Today I picked up a quick breakfast during a study break and as always, it was great. Small place but really fast and friendly service. Portions are HUGE and for reasonable prices. not the most beautiful view (parking lot)lol but definitely worth a visit. Seems popular with take out. Free parking . I got eggs and pancakes was great I have definitely found a new spot . Staff is really nice constantly. I was really happy the quality of the food

Omg this place was much better than I expected. I can believe I didn't visit this place before. Fast and friendly service. Food was great and omg the size of the portions. I actually didn't Finnish my meal. I looked at the photos online before my visit. I thought it was a regular plate. It more like a serving platter . I added a photo of my pancakes. With fork on the plate so you have a idea of size of plate. That's 2 very big pancakes..

This was our first time here…Great breakfast. The meals were more than I could eat so come hungry.

It's our favorite breakfast place to go occasionally. My son loves, loves their French toast. I pretty much like everything and my daughter loves their fruit selection 💕. My husband is fond of the Montana Breakfast. All items are seasoned well and are tasty. The portion given is huge💯

Good food! I wish they accepted payment via credit card as well.

We waited 30 minutes at our table without a single staff coming to say hi. We saw 2 tables of people that arrived after us get their drinks and put in their food orders before we even had someone say hello. Not even a cup of coffee. Multiple staff passed by us multiple times. Don't have a "Please seat yourself" sign if you don't have enough staff for the number of tables. We had to leave after we watched them check in on customers that already had their food. Really bad experience overall. EDIT: Owners have now replied to this review and said it is a lie. It is not. I was at Flip’s on Sunday April 3 at 11:30am. Before leaving, I spoke with your staff to let them know that we were waiting that whole time. Stop trying to hide real customer experiences and try training your staff properly/running your diner better. Nothing good comes out of accusing a customer of lying while quite literally lying yourself. Refocus that energy on improving your diner… it needs it.
