Wow average 4 star reviews.. Lets give the restaurant a shot. This is exactly what came into my mind when my friend was craving for samosa. Ordered 10 samosas (takeout). Reached home to realize that those were half cooked. Attached pictures as a proof. You can see that dough is raw.. Went back and was asked to wait for 40-45 minutes just for 10 samosa. Really disappointed with the service.

Went to this restaurant on September 5, 2021 and tried chole bhathure and butter chicken with garlic naan. Everything was good. Check my food review on YouTube channel - pvcrazyforfood

We bought Thalies. Containers were half filled with Currys. Butter chicken was 4 tiny pieces. Naan uncooked. Chili chicken was not that good

This Indian restaurant use to be really good. I have been going there for years. However the last five times I have ordered Goat curry the portions of goat are less then half and very little meat. I understand sometimes it can happen but it has been a consistent experience. Unfortunately I will not be going here anymore. I don't mind paying more but to serve customers less then half of what you use to offer is not right. With so many Indian restaurants in Brampton you would want to keep constancy on your food.

Have been going here for over a decade, the quality of food has not diminished even 1 percent over this period of time. Most restaurant’s start really well and tend to go downhill after a few years, not the case here. Consistency is key to success and hands down they have achieved this status. I’ve tried Butter Chicken around the globe but i can always come back here to get the best. Keep up the good work. Service could use a tad bit of improvement but still won’t stop me from ordering here, I’ve recently just switched to Skip because of this, i feel bad because it bites into their profits and raises price. But at the end of the day its up to the restaurant owners to figure out whats more feasible for them. Hope this helped.

It's simply the best place with awesome customer experience. For any Indian cuisine visit this joint. I been ordering from sweet places for all the family functions and they have always delighted me. One of the best Indian joints in Brampton

Like Rajdhani, this is the place to pick up samosas and various Indian sweets and desserts. Their samosas are done well and if I had to rank them, theirs would be ranked in the top 5 in Brampton. Nice decor, you can eat here casually. Clean, spacious, and professional. Price is on par with others of its kind, neither higher nor lower but in line with everyone else. Good value.

Hit and miss, food is ok service is garbage - the girls behind the counter so rude just want to take your money, you have to wait to be served then food is cold or they mix up your order. This place needs to re-evaluate itself!

It's one of the best indian restaurants that has high quality food with traditional indian taste. The restaurant is spacious. Very helpful staff. We ordered many items. I highly recommend the butter chicken, garlic naan and paneer tikka wrap. Excellent service.

The Food was awesome.........I went to Sweet Palace with my relatives from Mumbai,India who had come for vacation to Canada and they liked it a lot. We ordered only veggie stuff - Subzi , Kulcha and Roti and all this things were superb... Subzi was excellento just like Indian Curry taste in a Indian Restaurant back home in India, the Kuclcha - i cant describe even was so so good and was the Roti...

We were given additional Curd/Dahi raita (which I guess came to us without being ordered) setup the lime light.

My relatives from India liked a lot and compared the restaurant with the best restaurants they had been in the world, in terms of food quality. They even appreciated the Drinking water Use&throw glasses quality .

I even tooaway the Curry for my son who was waiting for me a home.

Overall Super place to go and i will keep on going again...

Thanks Sweet Palace.. I never have Reviews written for anybody, but I wanted to write it for your place as you made us our eve...Earlier I was worried whether my relatives (whom I took for outing)

would like the food or not? But it ended in all good.

Thanks

New to Brampton. .ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, as the person on the counter suggested it will be spicy.and you will have to order large portion. It was completely trashy , sweet , watery.Totally disappointed. I can cook better than this at home.

I went there with wife and kids ordered 2 curries and 1 Biriyani and some Naan. 35 minutes was the waiting time with only 3 table occupied. Then worst of all small potion of chicken kichdi which they call Biriyani was served. Horrible garbage food.
While paying on the counter girl asked if all was OK, I said it was not, either you should teach your chef how to make Biriyani or take it off the menu. She called another girl who preneted to be the owner and said owners inspected the Biriyani. My annoyance was that if you cannot handle feedback then do not ask!!

A gem hidden somewhere in Brampton but when u find this u feel super-awesome. Whether you are veg or non veg they have everything to satify ur hunger. All indian snacks, main course, drinks and desserts are exceptionally well. On top of that the staff is super friendly and welcoming. What else you need from a restaurant!!!!

If you want great Indian food, this is the place to go! If you also want to be waited on hand and foot and need a fancy atmosphere, you might be disappointed. But for the price and the amazing and delicious food, you won't find a better place. I tell everyone I know about this place and so far nobody has been disappointed.

Great place for casual diners. The food comes in the traditional Indian dishes, fresh and hot. Great for sharing in a group or date night. The shrimp vindaloo is so delicious, with the right amount of spices to tantalize your taste buds. Together with garlic naan, it makes a great meal.

Overrated. This place overrated. Disgusting customer service, its like going to a hakka place , eat and leave. If Indians want to compete with competition then step up your game and provide your clients with a nice greeting, smile and prompt , courteous customer service. Food is extremely heavy, I fell asleep after eating their food for 2 and a half hours. Gave it to my aunt the next day (leftovers) and she fell asleep for the entire night , just knocked out. This is not normal, do you people put sleeping pills in your food or just too much cream oil and butter? disgusting. The naan is like chewing gum.

Not recommended!. My family and I like to eat out on the weekends and we love Indian food. This is really close to home but we can do so much better. This place-weather it is busy or not- always slacks services. the quality of the food isn't even that great , everything tastes the same, same blend of spices, same taste of gravy in all their dishes. We used to come every Sunday but stopped quite a while ago. for the cost of the food and the quantity it is not worth it.

The service is really slow, rude and unprofessional. Sometimes we wait 45 minutes for a butter chicken and 2 nanns, and by the time naans do come the butter chicken is cold or vis versa.

We stopped coming here a few months ago, and we continue to do that. This place is not recommended by me to any of my friends or family. it would just be a waste of time and money.

I don't understand why this place is so busy the service is horrible I even went at lunch on a weekday when there weren't many customers. The goat curry gave me a headache there was so much salt, for indian food they charge alot and I expect the food to be good. It took so long to get food and cutlery. Wouldn't go here again.

Bittersweet Experience. Sweet Palace always has the best food. I don't live anywhere close to it's location but I will make special trips to go eat their great butter chicken. Love their food.
The service needs quite a bit of work though. Some employees are very rude to customers.
I witnessed an old man get told off by the cashier for no aparent reason and other customers do not get treated with the respect they deserve. It is very off-putting and makes me want to not go there as much. Customer service is very poor, very slow and they rip you off money (didn't give back enough change) without you noticing.
I will go back once in a while but due to their lack of respect from the employees, I will not go back as often and will not suggest to my friends to go to that location.

Not good Experience. We ordered mutton biriyani and there was no mutton to be found. I took the food to a party and this incident really surprised each one of us

Average! Usual Brampton kind of food. Always high on spices, naan breads are so elasticy that you can chew on them for hours. Food has high soda congent or something like that. Leaves one feeling very unconfortable. All The gravies have the smame taste, sweet ! Go there if you like greasy Indian food, not if like good quality food.

Food + Service. I just finished eating from this restaurant. This was by far my favourite restaurant ever. Great Food and Excellent service. No wonder why the location was heaps busy and all the tables were occupied.

BAD service. Had to wait 45 min. for take out.
Was told 5 more min. after 25 min wait.
All this time other people came in sat down and got there food, others ordered food got their food and left.
Not even one apology.
Jasmine
The service at the restaurant is very disappointing .Had to wait 45 mins for service and later was told that parathas took a long time to be cooked hence the order was delayed when infact they had forgotten to process the order .
Will never recommend this place or ever revisit it!!!

This is one of the best Indian take-out restaurants in the Brampton area! Highly recommend the butter chicken, and chicken tikka masala!
