Dinner with brother , ordered Three ring binder and sexy burger with veggie patty . Sexy burger was amazing with tangy taste but 3 ring could have been better not was ok then expected and they suggested .
Super slow service as took them roughly 30-40 mins to bring the two burgers . Hot sauce was amazing as well besides the location right in the heart of DT brampton.

Best burgers we have ever had. Great afternoon deals. Vanessa was super cool. their service is touching, despite waiting at the door always they make it with their service and gestures. Recommendations and afternoon menu is super filling. Beers also available.
The works is a the best place i can think of in terms of burgers. With a wide variety of burgers i think they are the best hybrid and personalised burgers ever.
The servers are very helpful and this place looks phenomenal. The drinks are exotic and exquisite. the produce is fresh and their beef patty is to die for. A must if in Canada.

We enjoyed some quality burgers at The Works. We tried the beef and the elk. We tried Elk on the Beach and Smokehouse BBQ. Both were different and good. The elk was light tasting and not too different from the beef. Toppings were fresh and flavourful. As a side, we had a fresh garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette and tasty spicy diecut chips with dip. The seating is limited, so be prepared to wait a short while for a table. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. They did mix up our order a little but rectified it quickly. It's a little pricey, but the food was good and there was plenty of selection. We'll give it another try the next time we have a craving for big meaty burgers.

Despite making our way through the foyer at approximately half past two, several of the tables were still occupied. The three members of wait-staff were evidently struggling to cater to various customer demands, as we were not acknowledged until a couple minutes later.
They were far from unfriendly though – I requested a window seat, and one of the girls gladly pulled apart and wiped down a large table bearing the battle scars of rowdy, under-5 diners.
The options were rather vast, and it took some time to become accustomed to this never-before-seen ordering system. A different member of wait-staff approached us later on and thoroughly explained that burgers could be completely customized from the type of patty, bun, topping, and side dish. Though he didn't shed any light on the remainder of the menu, I did manage to catch sight of a few salad choices ("All Dressed Cheeseburger Salad" anyone?) and profound poutine creations. There was a very extensive vegetarian and gluten-free selection as well.
Most amazing personalised burgers I have ever eaten ...all the produce is fresh and mind u the burger once ordered to ur liking takes time as they make it with love n passion all fresh ....must must eat here .menu is very vast and servers are also very helpful in helping u make the right choice specially for first timers.onion rings are a good side to order and the flat spicy potato chips too. Shakes are amazing . drinks once ordered then its a free refill. The kamakazie is a def order with cheesy beef patty .awesome place !!!
Ate their twice with my wife. The burgers are great and the selection of toppings for the burgers are extensive. I ordered my burger with caramelized onions and crumbled blue cheese with mustard. For me, this topping combo often brings out the true flavor of a good burger and is all a burger needs. I can honestly say that The Works makes an honest, real beef burger with great flavor.

Biggest Best Burgers Amazingly Delicious. Big 8oz Burgers 12 side option,fresh cut fries, sweet potato fries, Onion rings, Garden salad and lots more!The burgers here are big, the meat is juicy, and all of their flavors work well together.We agreed it was worth the cost for fresh every thing and amazing portion sizes and lots of healthy option as well.I have to admit I have had quite a few burgers in my lifetime in 28 different countries and this burger spot tops the list.

Love this place!! BEST BURGER EVERRRRR!!! Service was amazing. Was ordering take out. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu, the server went over everything, and made recommendations based on what we liked. I wasn't sure about the sauce on the burger so he brought us some of the sauce to try with a bowl of fries while we waited!!! The burgers are a little pricy, but definitely worth it!!! Couldn't put the burger down long enough to take a picture, sorry :p
Great place for vegetarians! I had a veggie patti with gluten free bun. I was shocked to know that they even had veggie gravy! Amazing atmosphere and great service. I would definitely recommend to all you veggies out there!
Susan. I love this location of the works. I usually go to the burlington location. I was very skeptical on trying the Brampton location just because my hopes were very high. I found the menu to be amazing and easy to read and the workers were all so happy and willing to help my husband and I. The burgers were amazing and we had an overall great experience. Will for sure be back with friends and family!
I just moved into this area and I decided to check this location out after hearing such amazing things about the company. At the moment I am still in the restaurant and I have to say it is the most amazing environment for a lunch. They play great music, the smell is heavenly, and you can tell the staff enjoys their job. Walking in I was greeted by a man whom I thought was just a server turns out he was the owner ! I was so amazed and happy that he had no problem putting on a uniform and helping out. That is true dedication to not only the staff but ensuring that the business is ran to its full potential. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family for it's amazing service !
I don't understand the bad reviews,I went tonight with a group of 11 people. Everyone loved their burger. They have something for everyone. ..veggie, health nuts, or the ones like who love a juicy burger. They were quick with the order and made a small mistake on 1 of 11 by providing the wrong bun, but the the manager came out and personally apologized and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Overall great time, amazing location with severs who care. We will be back.

The Works is one of the many gourmet burger joints across Toronto. They seem to have a few outlets across town. We happened to be in Brampton on Queen Street and decided to try this place out since none of us had eaten at any of The Works before. The ambiance is quite nice. They've got a lot of stuff that makes it look like a workshop/factory, from the decor on the wall, to the signage to the washrooms, and even to the salt and pepper shakers. We were seated as soon as we came in, and our waitress was quite friendly and seemed to have an abundance of energy, chatting away with us and being super helpful in getting us to get the orders right.
We ordered different kind of burgers - Getting Piggy With IT (back bacon, regular bacon, onion rings, cheddar), a couple of Kamikazes (chipotle, jalapenos, cheddar, and hot sauce), and a Smokey Mountain (Smokey mountain BBQ sauce, jack, bacon). For a couple of burgers, we opted for domestic lean elk meat (just for the heck of it) instead of beef. The burgers took a long time to come, but luckily they tasted good. They serve their drinks in fancy, big jars with the volume measuring level out on the sides.
The service was good, but we all agreed that the burgers cost a bit too much. For a burger + a ginger ale, paying almost 24 Dollars isn't something you'd be wanting to do unless they're actually serving you the best and tastiest burger in the city. Don't get me wrong - I'm a burger aficionado, and love me a good burger, so it better be good if I'm being charged this much.
Trip to Brampton, we had to find a place to have lunch. In the Brampton City Centre, we came across The Works, a burger joint. My friend suggested this as she had been there before. Taking her review into consideration, we went ahead with this. When you enter the Works, it looks exactly like a warehouse, with cogs and a industrial ambiance. We were seated and immediately placed our order. Iced tea for me came in this huge cup with the readings. The Iced tea was 2 cups! Wow moment! I then ordered the Kamikaze burger with chicken. Note to everyone: If you want veggies in your burger mention it when you order. All in all, brilliant food, brilliant ambiance, slightly overpriced for burgers, but good.
