Was here to play at a wedding the outside wedding area is beautiful even on a hot day there is a nice breeze to keep you cool. The grounds are amazing for pictures as well.

Great place for a cozy meal socializing with people. Not for the faint hearted. They have lots of options to choose the ideal room for your next event. Keep in mind, no outside catering is allowed at this venue.

AMAZING!!! Held our wedding reception at Terrace on the green on July 23, 2022 and we could not be happier. The venue is gorgeous, the food was fantastic and the staff were WONDERFUL!! Our guests absolutely LOVED this venue and we are very happy and grateful to Nick, Sasha, Stan and all the staff at Terrace for helping make our big day so memorable for us, our family and friends. I would definitely book with Terrace on the green again. Just outstanding.

Came here for the first time on Valentine's Day! Very clean and everything seemed well organized. Staff and service was great, and the food was amazing! Fireplace on the television made it feel cozy as well. Definitely will be coming back.

I had never heard about this place until recently invited to a business event. Across the street from Lion's Head Golf course in Brampton. The grounds are amazing and the building which houses an upscale restaurant and various sized banquet and meeting rooms looks like it may have been a private residence at one time. I cannot fully comment on the restaurant as we only sampled a few hand helds late afternoon. The rack of lamb was amazing and nice to see as part of the hors d'oeuvre being passed around. Definitely something different to do in a great setting. May be back in the future to sample the restaurant

Some of the best food ive had at a wedding function. Also the location is really elevated from the road that leads up to it so it feels like youre in the country side far from cars. Really beautiful landscape with some nice picturesque spots.

Had the best evening for my birthday. From The service to the food...I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it! We ordered the escargot for an app and my boyfriend got the daily special duck breast and leg with blueberry sauce and I had the Australian lamb rack. We obviously dived into each other’s dishes so I can confidently say that they were both SO DELICIOUS . For desser we split a cream brûlée which was so rich and creamy. If you get Sasha as a server you are very lucky he was so wonderful at helping us select our dishes and had such a great time getting to know him and enjoyed our conversation!

We got married here, and it was the perfect venue. The banquet hall and grounds were beautiful, and the food was excellent. Rick was great to work with in the lead-up and planning of the day, and the staff who served us in the evening were super efficient and professional. We would get married at Terrace again, if we could!

My wife and I scheduled a wedding date in 2015 for a date in September 2016. We had sat with the owner (Alex) on two occasions to establish our date, menu, room and price. Everything was written on his calendar notebook on the date of our wedding and on a paper he gave us with menu options. The owner and his assistant Rick said not worry and to come back 1 week before our wedding date to finalize the details. They never offered a tasting which was strange but my wife and I were curious so we came back a couple of months later to try the food. On that date we reminded the owner about our contract. I called couple of times afterwards and never did get the contract. We thought thought it was strange so we went back 6 weeks before our wedding date to ensure everything was ok. We sat with Rick and he said everything was ok and spent 2 hours finalizing the event. We were all excited everything was going as planned. But then the next day the worst happened. the owner (Alex) called me yelling and insulting me with names I don't wish to repeat saying that he never agreed to our conditions. He tried to negotiate price with me again over the phone but i was skeptical due to the last minute changes and his behavior. That coming Saturday I returned to the restaurant to discuss the situation and showing him the papers and what he wrote on his notebook (I took a pic of his notebook and have the papers as evidence) but he refused to respect his agreement and pretty much escaladed the price by 1200. I refused due to the increase and his rude manner. Trying to get my deposit was a struggle. He even wrote me an incorrect check. I will never forget this moment as it was disrespectful and shocked my wife for life. I will never do business with Terrace on the Green or recommend anyone to this location.

Comfortable Dining.. Both of our recent visits here have been thoroughly enjoyed. Some of the remarkable menu items we particularly enjoyed were the Digby Scallops with Risotto and the Chicken Marsala. The scallops were perfectly cooked, - barely. Just the way I like them. The creamy mushroom risotto and crisp snow peas that accompanied the scallops showed care and skill in the kitchen. <br/><br/>Their Chicken Marsala rejuvenated my interest in the dish after having a couple of dreadful renderings of it at Streetsville's Mondello. Unlike Mondello's, the sauce was rich with ample flavourful mushrooms with soothing undertones of the unctious Marsala wine which was totally absent at our former favourite Streetsville restaurant's version. <br/><br/>The pleasant service at our meals has been smoothly competent and uniformly prompt at our meals. We judged the prices here to be reasonably competitive considering its pleasant environment and delicious food.

Crappy service... Don't bother for this overpriced restaurant...

We had the $49 lobster and shrimp Wow likely the worst meal I have had in a long while. Lobster was laced with uncooked garlic, dry and over cooked. We request another plate and the waiter was kind enough to accommodate. Second plate was not much better. Positive was the great service we had. Over priced restaurant with clearly no culinary skills charging way too much. I would not recommend this.

Good new updated menu. Been going here for a few years, mostly for lunch.<br/><br/>Food is VERY good. New menu (last 3-4 months) has some new exciting items. Service is good and can be fast if you ask for it to be quick. <br/><br/>Make sure to try the lamb chops and grilled squid. Both are done perfect.

Enjoyable. My wife and I enjoyed a nice dinner for her birthday. I had read about the "grumpy" service. But I found the service to be good. Perhaps it was slow night as there were only 4 tables for the entire evening. The food is exceptional, although I did notice that I was extremely thirsty for the whole night after the dinner.<br/><br/>My wife had the NY Peppercorn steak and I had the Beef Filet ( Filet Mignon ). They were cooked to perfection. Our appetizers which consisted of French Onion Soup, Caprese salad and grilled calamari was also well done.<br/><br/>All in all, the price slightly more than Aristotle and Gabriel's ; but it's location and the scenery is hard to beat.

Could be great..... ...but not right now. The location is nice (golf course), the dining room is airy, the menu looks great, the food is ok, service is grumpy. The escargot and the caesar salad were both amazing...maybe the best i've had. However, the past few times I've been, the staff has ruined the experience. I suggested it as a work dinner with guest in town - mildly horrified at the experience. <br/>They have a lot in their favour - just seems like they aren't trying. Not going to go back, until I hear something new!
