Convenient location just off Hwy 11 in Bracebridge beside Walmart and many other fast food establishments.
The lineup here was 15 minutes deep as dine in/ in store pickup was not an option.
The items were fresh and the staff were courteous given the situation.
I love the feel of this Tim Hortons in Bracebridge. We stopped in this location because I am so exhausted in my long drive. The staff are nice, patient enough to take my order, probably saw how exhausted I am. She didn’t rush me, and suggested pastries that would compliment my ordered coffee.

I go to this Tim Horton's every single day before work, I always receive kind, quick and quality service. Like any business you get the odd mistake but anytime I do the staff there is apologetic and very quick to fix it to the best of their abilities!
The lineup for drivethru was crazy. I'm thinking it was because they were understaffed. Hope management takes a good look at that because trust me there's not much timmies anywhere near so the management makes it easier for customers as well as for the employees.
It's the usual Tim Hortons experience except my bagel was made right and the coffee wasn't burnt. Only giving 4 cause they don't have enough staff to have the store open.
2 days ago at the Time Horton in Gravenhurst I had paid for a coffee on the app. It didn't show up on their system at the Tims store . I showed them it had been paid for on my phone app . Even seeing this they were very rude to me and refused to give me the coffee that was paid for.

Nice calm little spot for a quick stop. Signs are not posted on the exit to easly find. After u take the exit turn rite. Then you'll see er.
