Excellent condition mid-summer. Easy course without much in terms of restaurant and club house. But at 65$ you can't get a nicer looking track. Very wild setting 15 minutes from the city. NB the course doesn't drain well... stay away after big rain
Nice location on an island, mostly flat and wide holes, you take a boat to go to the island or you now have the option to take the new bridge that was build for the Sepaq portion for biking or walking trails. You might also get lucky and see a bunch of deers around the golf holes (see picture)
Well managed course for the pandemic rules. Good amenities. Roughs were challenging but fairways and greens were in good shape. No washrooms on the course though so not great for women. Overall, pretty good experience.
Very nice golf course close to Montreal. The only down side was caused by loud music coming from boats ancored in the nearby water chanel.

Easy course. Small boat ride to the golf island. Usually quality of the course is great, but this year it is not. Very dry and burned grass
