Review Dinner Bell - Bonfield

Stayed over on Friday night and it was clean and very welcoming. We ended up having dinner at the Dinner Bell (attached to motel) & that was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back: ) Thank you for everything! Cheers

Had lunch here. Great service. Fish and chips were delicious. The Greek salad had a huge variety of vegetables and tasty dressing. The tomato basal soup was excellent. The egg salad on a croissant wS a very generous serving. Will go there to eat again!!! Fun decor items for sale!

Love this place. First time we stayed the owners made us feel like we have going there for years. The rooms were practically brand new, and very comfy. Food was absolutely delicious. We have already booked a return trip this year, and are planning an annual trip as well.

Have always enjoyed everything that I have had!! Poutine and fingers are one of my favs. The owners are kind and very accommodating. Love their frozen meal option for the convenience and ability to have the Dinner Bell at home. PS try the Mac n Cheese. It is so delicious!!!

Second time ordering from here in one week. I had order a chicken strip meal as well as a Clubhouse meal for the first time, Not for me but for an inlaw and the fries were gross both times. The wings are good that's about it, oh and received a vinaigrette instead of a sauce I did want. Turn down your fryers under 350 cook the fries lower and longer. Today a child gave them 1 out of 10. They even said it taste burnt. FYI this came from a 9 year old. Maybe next time we come it'll be better. Like they say 3rd times the charm. Thanks

We ordered our family Thanksgiving meal from the Dinner Bell as a take home order and it was ready when promised in heat & serve containers 10 minutes in the oven and served. The meal was fantastic and the serving size was perfect and we had enough food to have leftovers for later. Eat in or take out we always enjoy our meals. I would definitely recommend this Restaurant to anyone who is interested in a great meal after spending the day on the Lake or enjoying the local trails in our community of Bonfield, Ontario.

First time ordering food for take out at this restaurant. Both orders were served with burnt fries, they were almost completely black colored. The fries were also literally dripping in oil/grease. The chicken and fish in these orders were terribly tuff and tasteless. The food was disgusting. Will never order food here again

Had fish and chips on Friday and meal was very good. Fish batter was nice and crispy fries we're fresh cut and very good. More than enough food. We'll set up for patio dining due to pandemic.
