Starbucks - Blue Mountains - Photo album

Very friendly staff. Clean place. Brimming with tourists. We stopped here to grab a cup of coffee while walking around blue mountain. It was great as we're the Madeline cakes.
Decent location in the village. Does get busy at times and the service is a bit slow but I guess that’s somewhat expected in these tourist spots. Prices are also at a bit of a premium here as well.
Messed up my and my girlfriend's drinks while there were 5 of them behind the counter chatting instead of actually listening to what customer is asking for. Terrible service and for much more $$$ than what Toronto Starbucks charges.
Despite how busy this location is for a tourist location, the staff are always friendly and the coffee is always great.
There is a middle aged female employee with grey hair and a sour attitude toward customers. Luckily this is a tourist location so most patrons won't have to endure her attitude on the regular. If she worked at a neighborhood local Starbucks, she would lose the owner so many customers. I really can't
A Starbucks nestled in the Blue Mountain Village. I came here during winter time in the evening. With all the lights and snow covered streets, it was a beautiful winter wonderland with bright shops to walk by. Thank you for adding to the Christmas atmosphere with your holiday decorations and lights!
Well organized traffic flow, knowledgeable staff, and cute decor! Like a regular Starbucks but a little elevated and the staff certainly give the customer service experience you expect.
Long story short I fell down the hill and broke my thumb, metics at blue mountain didn’t even have gauze to help me BUT the Starbucks did! They bandaged me up, and made sure I was ok. BEST customer service ever, you can always count on Starbucks!
