Review Tim Hortons - Beamsville

One star and should be less. Horrible, horrible service. Took over 20 minutes to serve just 4 people. Everyone working there should be immediately fired. Immediately. And it’s not like people had large, extravagant orders; I can see two or three drinks being handed to cars ahead of me in line. Just horrible, ineptitude by staff. And this isn’t new. Firing everyone and bringing in completely new people, training them to get up to speed, and adjust for a learning curve, I’d say it’ll take maybe 2-3 hours and it would already be a better place with faster service.

Slow, just super slow. Drive thru line stretches thru the parking lot and moves about a car a minute, maybe longer. Inside service is terrible, they have one person taking the orders and making them. Never had a fast experience in my life there, if you want a coffee go to the Tim's across the street.

Customer service very poor. The girl serving us had no personality, and I asked several times to check if my Tim Hortons code went through and she said yes, even when I was seeing in the screen that "Points earned" wasn't shown (and actually, it never went through). So no points earned. Bad attitude. And nshe didn't even care about us. I was there 9:25 PM, Sunday 26, 2022

its pathetic how some of these people are being paid and not a single braincell is on the floor. took 15 minutes for anyone to realize someone ordered food at the front despite being told twice and they gave a small coffee saying it was the same as a medium cuz they "had no more medium cups" but then after more complaints it turns out they did have the cups. even then it doesnt take a genius to figure out a smaller cup holds less liquid and if anything put the coffee in a larger sized cup so it can fit. embarassing and sad.

Severely understaffed. Should have closed for the day. Drive thru line took 30 minutes. Currently waiting outside for a sandwich I ordered 15 minutes ago. I understand that they may be understaffed but this isn't really acceptable as it's been 45 minutes total and I still have yet to be served. I feel bad for the staff. Management should be taking care of this or make the call to close. Very disappointed. (Update, I had to go inside to get my food, took an hour total.)

I would give this Tim Hortons NO stars, but you have to give at least 1 in order to post...so I didn't have much of a choice. Every time we've gone to this location it's been a nightmare...I don't know why we keep punishing ourselves. We have driven away from this Tim Hortons a few times while we have been in line because they were sooo incredibly sloooooow. I could have done a load of laundry in the amount of time we had to wait. And to top it off, after they make you wait a century, they even manage to get your order wrong. How can you mess up a coffee or a tea? And the best is their happy attitude and pleasant faces (sarcasm). Can anyone tell me when these people that work in these type of establishments will be replaced by robots?

Literally went there like twenty mins ago ordered large ice cap at the drive thru guy didnt ask for my tim rewards card he Literally grab my money and cashed me out had my hand out with my reward ... he later saw it didnt even bother putting my rewards i check when I got home... whats the Point.to collect my points and play roll of the rim...
