Slow, just super slow. Drive thru line stretches thru the parking lot and moves about a car a minute, maybe longer. Inside service is terrible, they have one person taking the orders and making them. Customer service very poor. The girl serving us had no personality, and I asked several times to check if my Tim Hortons code went through and she said yes, even when I was seeing in the screen that "Points earned" wasn't shown (and actually, it never went through).
