The food is fantastic and the staff is so warm and friendly I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a high quality pizza at a respectable price !!!!

I've been on the quest for Montreal’s best pizza for years..... there have been a few contenders along the way, but always a little something here or a little something there that would make it better. There is NOTHING that would make Germano's pizza better. There is no other place in my experience where you can feel the snap of the crust when you bite into it. It’s so crisp that you hold up a giant New York style slice and the pizza holds up beautifully. You can literally knock on the bottom of it, it’s that level of crispy. He does have a secret to making it.. and that secret involves a lot of time and produces a healthier product. There are no shortcuts to making an excellent product and this is embraced at Cugini’s. This is a pizza that will allow you to leave completely satisfied without feeling full or bloated. Germano’s philosophy comes straight from Italy – pizza should be nutritious, not junky. His ingredients are always fresh, because he’ll only buy them if they are. He cuts everything himself, everything made to order. That’s love, that’s passion… and you can taste it in every bite. The restaurant itself is like all the great ones. Tiny but cozy, a little off the beaten track. And I think he likes it that way….. it means that the people who take the time to go are the people who will appreciate the experience they are going to have. Cugini’s feels like nonna’s kitchen…. the one the whole family squishes into every Sunday to gather around the table and share. The one that always keeps you coming back.

Cugini's is a real gem. We decided to check it out after friends raved about the pizza. We wondered if the food could live up to their reviews and those we'd seen online. It decidedly did! My husband, who is not given to exaggeration, declared it the best pizza he has ever tasted. I must concur. As well, Cugini's has a great atmosphere, created not just by the nice decor, but by Germano and his staff, who are so friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I were just there for lunch today. The quality of the food is exceptional. We had 2 different kinds of pizzas. Everything was on point, from the tomato sauce to the grilled veggies. Highly recommend it. Thank you Germano for the experience, your talent and knowledge. Also thank you to Michelle for your warm welcome. �

Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had outside Italy. The dough was flavourful, crisp on the outside with just enough give yet soft on the inside. The dough is freshly made everyday. The toppings were high quality. I couldn’t get enough of it. Germano took the time to sit with us and tell us about his passion for food and pizza. He had us try more of his pizzas and his amazing bruschetta with a twist!! The service provided by Jessica was fantastic. She was very sweet and friendly. We left the restaurant feeling like part of the family. We will definitely return...often!

We tried 2 of your pizzas for the first time this weekend and we really enjoyed them!! We got the Americano and the Cugini special! They were fantastic.....the sauce, the crust, the whole package was delicious!! The staff is amazing!! We will definitely order again!!
