This place is great. I took my son there for the first time and we will definitely be going again. The staff was great and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

I would like to start off by saying thank you Quinn for being an amazing host. We had my sons 4th birthday party here this weekend with the build a buddy feature. What a wonderful manager. This place is clean and friendly!!! Quinn is a the new manager of In Play. Highly recommend giving this place a try. ���������
My son loves it here and begs me to come all the time. Fun and friendly staff are amazing. Cheryl-Lynn was super helpful running around helping everyone as fast as she could. Great place to bring the kids or have a party.
Had my sons 9th Birthday party there. Was an amazing time, Staff was super friendly, did nothing but help us out in any way they could. They make sure you have everything you need for a party, so its less you have to remember and worry about. Kids all had an amazing time even the adults did to. Great place for parties and super clean. Would highly recommend it, and we will be using them again for future parties. Thank you all so much, for making it such a memorable and fun experience!
I came for a bday party that was the last minute notice. Didn't book anything with the company. Just showed up with 5 kids on a snowy Friday night. They were so helpful and accommodating. Two people were working a woman that was exceptionally nice to my kids and a gentleman that was always ready to help with anything we asked.
Pizza was great and nice and cheesy.
Can't find anything bad to say about this place.

Went here during March Break today and it was extremely busy and that was great for my kids, having a ton of children to play with. Any issues with machines were taken care of by very attentive and helpful staff. The food was great and the kids had a ton of fun playing the games and playing in the play structures. The facility was very clean and an awesome environment for fun. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great time 😀
Fantastic play center. Kids loved it, adults did too. Perfect way to spend an afternoon in Barrie when it’s cold and dreary.

Great place for PA day.
Our grandkids were having a Personal Activity day (PA day) and they were off school. So our daughter took them to this place and invited us to join. They already went there before when our granddaughter had a birthday party for one of her classmates, and they liked it very much. It was Friday when we were there, and it was a rainy day, and there was not many patrons at all.
This place offers quite a selection of games, where children can play and collect tickets, and rides too. You just buy tokens and feed the machines with either one, or two, or three tokens. The kids were having lots of fun. On the downside, some of the machines were out of order and could not be played, which was disappointing. The climbing structure, slides, ball pool, were quite fun and challenging too. They also have a dedicated area for infants and toddlers.
The snack bar is so so. Not that many selection of foods. They just offer the basic items, e.g. pizza, hot dogs, burgers, chicken fingers or nuggets and fries, and that's about all.
Free WiFi was provided, and surprisingly it was very fast.
The kids really enjoyed almost the whole day at this place.
I've brought my son here a few times. He absolutely loves it. A mix of arcade games (that give it tickets to "buy" cheap goodies with) and a jungle gym. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Big play area and lots of fun for the kids. Greated by very friendly staff. We got a discount without asking because they are under renovation in some areas.
Food leaves something to be desired. Plus it did take a bit to get. However, value to money for something for your kids to enjoy makes it hard to beat.
Had my daughter's birthday party here. Am very happy with the service we recieved! Carrie went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. The place was clean and the children had a fun time. We were told about new renovations and features that are going to be added and I am looking forward to coming back in the future to see these changes. Thank you so much for a great time!
My little guy Riley has a blast every time we go. He's too young to play the games but there is plenty of other things there for him to enjoy. The staff are super friendly and the food is yummy, especially the new veggie bowls. We'll definitely keep going back and can't wait to have a birthday party there
My friend took me... It was amazing! The prices were cheap, and we ran around for about three hours. The stuffing machine was broken so we stuffed the bears ourselves. We had so much fun! We found a great arcade game and one of the people with us won the jackpot: 500 tickets! They just kept pouring and pouring out!! I loved the place!! A recommendation for people who are stuck inside due to rain! Will visit again! Keep up the great work!
Inplay had an amazing back to school help out for parents, free admission on Aug 31 as well as Sept 1, we came Aug 31 and it was amazing. They had a Boston pizza rep here who gave my daughter 2 slices of pizza for free as well as the owner Carrie who gave all 4 of my children free drinks. Carrie, who I had the pleasure of meeting was absolutely amazing and super generous. I would highly recommend coming back to this awesome fun play place!
Both of the ladies working were extremely nice and super friendly. Lots of stuff to keep my 3 year old busy and entertained. One of the women working went above and beyond and let my son pick a toy which was way more tickets than we had. So sweet. We will be back for sure.
Decided to give this place a try today with a 2 and 4 year old. They had an amazing time running around and playing. This place was fun for the whole family as there are token arcade games to play as well. The gentleman Quinn that was working at the time was very informative, kind and caring. He made sure our visit was a wonderful one. We will be back soon. Hope he's there next time.
Had my step son Tyson’s birthday party there we didn’t have a great experience the last time we were there and this time started out the same way.
But the manager Carrie came and fixed everything right away she was very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was up to par for us. We definitely had a great time and will for sure be back thanks to her great customer service! We really appreciated everything she did to make our experience the best! Thank you Carrie!! A fun, clean, friendly environment! Our boys had so much fun making their way through the structures and ball pit. They especially enjoyed the fast slides. Three hours whizzed by in no time. They enjoyed collecting tickets from the various games and my three year old did a few little rides. It was unfortunate that several games were out of order as well as the Just Dance area, as my little guy would have loved that. A special thank you to one exceptional staff member named Jackie. She is super friendly, great with the kids and ensured everyone was having a great time. It's so nice to see someone with a positive attitude and genuine smile. She's a natural! Gets down to the children's level and speaks to them like little people, making them feel important. Jackie made our time at In Play the best possible experience. She truly is an asset to your team. We just moved here from New Brunswick and our boys found your advertisement in the "Get Out and Play in Barrie" guide. They were quite excited to check it out. I am so glad that we did, it was just what they needed! I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the facility and we are looking forward to returning soon! Thanks again Jackie for making our time at In Play a memorable one! I only wish I had have taken a picture of my three year old hugging you goodbye!
Fun place for kids! The owner was extremely nice and friendly. The food was a bit on the expensive side but good size portions. We will definitely be back. My son had a blast!

Honestly have no idea where these negative reviews are coming from. This is an amazing spot to take your little ones! We usually go mainly for the play equipment & basketball area. The games are added bonus ! But for less than $10 you have UNLIMITED time here to play, it’s my favourite way to tire out the kids while they’re having a blast! I’ve come 30+ times and never noticed the place to be dirty? Dated, maybe. Dirty, never. But what do my kids care if anything’s dated... they don’t. The only gripe we’ve ever had was they didn’t have a changing table in the men’s washroom. The cafe food is what you’d expect, and it’s not disgusting by any means. If you prefer restaurant quality food, go to a restaurant before or after. They even added massage chairs and comfier sitting for the parents + free wifi. There’s even a small play area perfect for infants to crawl around and build blocks etc! I can sit and get work done while my kids entertain each other and tire out, it’s perfect. Never had any issue with staff either, you really only interact with them when being cashed in, getting food or picking prizes, don’t know how you could have such a “horrendous” experience to form any bad options on the staff , seems like a lot of drama queens in these reviews. Sounds like you guys get quite a few customers who rather complain & nit pick than see that their kids are having a blast ... Don’t stress In Play! You guys are doing amazing !!
