Excellent service. Ate on the patio roof. Great ambiance. Came with about 25 people. Many who ordered wings. The wings did not receive good marks. They were under cooked. Not satisfied about that part of the experience.

Sat on the rooftop with a limited menu. Ordered wings and fries. Worst wings I've ever had. If you are going to serve bar food your wings should at least be good. Wings were fried unseasoned and without flavour. Could see freezer burn in the wings. I ate the fries and three wings and left the rest. Very disappointed.

O M G THE CUBANO WAS THE MOST DELICIOUS THING IVE EVER HAD I LOVE IT SO MUCH AND YOU CAN SEE MY FACE WITH ME CONTEMPLATING LIFE BECAUSE THE FLAVOR IS SO GOOD. WOULD DRIVE TO CANADA FROM FLORIDA AGAIN SO I CAN EAT MORE.

Will never go back. The staff is very young and untrained. The manager, when I ask to speak to him, is a "NO SEE ME"!!!
The burger, I ordered a second patty, was like ground cardboard!!! I had a stomach ache all night. The Caesar salad was edible.
The restaurant does not have a theme. Hooligans, means rowdy, irresponsible people. That is correct. The three guys sitting next to my table were young and their lack of education or knowledge of vocabulary resulted in every second word being "f...k". A truly British saying, I am wondering if Prince Charles makes use
of this word this often???
Shut this place down. Unfortunately the people get fooled by the "roof top". The furniture is cheap and ugly. In fact as I said close the door and throw the keys into the lake.

A big shout out to our server tonight Alyssa! She was absolutely amazing and treated our party like family. She knew all of our names and did our bills accordingly. She made our childrens drinks fun and made them feel comfortable in an adult setting. The food was really good, and we can’t say enough about our service here.

Went here for a birthday dinner last night. We were on the top floor and had two servers. Service was pretty slow but it was understandable because there was two of them for a whole group of us. After some of us left one of the waitresses was showing paid bills to the birthday girl and complaining about the tips she’s received. My boyfriend and I tipped 20% on our bill but she instead showed someone else’s bill to the birthday girl and referenced us by name explaining we gave a bad tip and she was not happy. Not only is this completely dishonest but also incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be returning for this reason.

I am not one for bad reviews, so if you see one.... there is a very good reason! The two stars go to the rooftop view, the cold beer, the coconut beverage my girlfriend loved, oh and the sweet potato fries!
The Cubano is Spanish for "grease with meat" sandwich and if that is your thing, you will love it... the burger was tasteless, there was zero seasoning on those patties!
The main reason why I decided to leave this review (just decided to drop my two star review down to a one) was the 15 DOLLAR caesar salad with lettuce greens, croutons and dressing!! NO BACON, a bowl of greens and dried bread squares for 15 BUCKS!!
If I go back, I will check out the rooftop patio at The Works...
