Don’t expect a great or even a good service at this McDonald’s location (Banff).
First of all, I was standing in line and waiting for a staff to acknowledge my presence. I have to call someone to take my order. I was shocked to hear when the cashier told me to order at the kiosk! Seriously! Not everyone are comfortable using the kiosk, besides I have other questions on my order.
Second, the manager on duty wasn’t friendly and energetic (that definitely reflect the staff morale). I politely requested for a condiments (1 sweet and sour sauce and 1 chicken sauce). Surprisingly! I have to pay extra for the sauces!
Lastly, the manager and staff should be aware of the people ordering their food and stop whatever paper works you are doing or closing duties. I know it’s almost home time but Focus on the customers! Smile and be friendly!

Ordered breakfast here since it's the only fast food open in the morning. It's just a usual McDonald's location. The people there are a bit slow in making your food, but I guess that means they never really go busy. Order. Pay. Get your stuff. Then leave.

I went in there and bought a meal. The place was packed, but I was still able to charge my cell phone at one of the tables without being chased out. They're nice people there that just do their job and leave ya alone for the better part.

Bug in the app, not allowing coupons to go through in the evening because the app is set to breakfast menu.
Staff refused to honor the app price, even though this was obviously a technical glitch after 9pm. I'm a local, have regularly encountered this issue and finally took the time to tell them about it. Very unimpressed that they made literally no effort to deal with it. Wasn't busy, no one in line; not that this would have excused the handling of the situation.
Sad, this location needs better training. Decided to go elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was waiting at the till to place an order, and the staff completely ignored me as they worked. A line started to form and they still didn’t pay us any attention. I finally asked the employee who was walking past the till if they could take my order and she very rudely snapped “the till is for cash orders only”. First of all, they could’ve checked in with the people standing in line if we were paying cash, which they didn’t even attempt to. Second, there was NO signage anywhere indicating that the tills were cash only or that they were closed. And lastly, the employee was SO rude and unhelpful as she stated this and just walked away, and the other employees ignored the entire situation instead of trying to help. There was a lineup and they could have taken two seconds to let us all know it was cash only, or to check if we were paying with cash in the first place, instead of just ignoring us as we waited. I left without ordering and I think the family behind me did as well. Very rude and disrespectful staff; definitely require training.

Good location on the main street with outside sitting table. Plenty of seats inside and public washrooms. Quick selfserve order and service. Recommend for Quick fast meal.

Waited for 20 mins for sundae because they didn't have chocolate syrup in stock. And lastly they were very rude and said that they are very busy! Does it mean that the customer who has come 1st and waited this long have to still waut for the orders of next customers? Bad excuse.
