Update - The staff member on duty today had additional help so service was a lot quicker than before.
Visited multiple times recently and the staff member on duty has put the back in 5 minutes sign up as soon as he has seen me, spoken to others who’ve had the same experience. Pretty rubbish
Told me I could not get the chopped salad because it was discontinued but said he could put the items in a box instead ??? So, I got a veggie sub and it was really skimpy on toppings. I got my bill and he'd added a $3 tip ??? Sorry, but no thanks.
There were 3 guys working and only 1 of them serving people. Then 5 more people showed up in line and we were still not served so I rung the bell. The man working said his boss was going to get mad because of that. Just overall rude behavior. To the men working on Dec.27 at 2.30pm, step up your game
I am writing this review for the guy (working there around 4 pm) sorry i forget his name. I am vegetarian and allergic as well so i ask him a-lot of question about and he gave me all answers in polite way. Customer Service from both team members on January 15, 2022 @ 3:26pm was POOR. The way they great customers and handled your food while making it was as if you were begging. I would not recommend.
Excellent new multigrain bread. Sandwich artists were top notch!
No issues. Subs were tasty and just what we were looking for in a quick lunch.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Komal! It seems like that girl is always working but she never fails to greet me with a smile and to ask how my day is going!
