The sweet smelling caramel popcorn and creative presentation invited me in the store. I got chocolate covered crispies, caramel fudge and dark chocolate with almonds. The cashier lady was very welcoming and accomodating. Will definitely go back to try other sweets.

I love this store and am quite sad that they do not have an online store. Would definitely order their chocolates to Vancouver.
They have the best chocolates! Everything we got was super tasty and very fresh!
Their myrtles were so rich and flavorful thanks to the caramel and nuts 😋

The display of chocolate goodies at the window pulled me in the store to see more of what mountain chocolate offered. My curiosity was not disappointed as they had unique selections of chocolate themed sweets. The ambiance of the store was also wonderful as it gives one the feeling that you are in a quaint chocolate factory. Highly recommended to check out this beautiful spot!

DO NOT buy from this store. We bought caramel corn from this store this week which was beyond stale. I immediately brought it back and the guy just laughed at me! He said some people like it that way!! Nice screwing your tourist trade! Great customer service!!

Simple yet delicious!
The combination of your preferred chocolate (milk, dark or white) along with the variety of fillings (nuts, rice krispies, caramel etc) is all you need.
They also have popcorn, gelatos and toffee.

This place was very busy so we knew something good was to come, sadly the caramel corn had nuts in it I wish they had one without the nuts but that’s my only complaint because I couldn’t eat it. This place is for people who love nuts not exactly the place I would be looking for but my family loved it here.

Over the years we have purchased numerous caramel apples and always enjoyed them. Yesterday we bought two more. Upon cutting them open, they were both very brown around the stick and both apples are soft. Tried to phone the store but they don’t answer. Next time I’ll make sure to ask for fresh apples as these ended up in the garbage.

What happen to Rocky Mountain Chocolate company in Banff??... these guys are trying to replicate what Rocky Mountain had with less superior products. After a nice long hike we decided to stop and get our sweet toothes filled and man were we dissapointed. We bought 4 turtles (or their equivalent) sponge toffee covered in chocolate, a skor and plain caramel apple. Not sure where they get their chocolate but it had the waxy texture of chocolate you would find in the Dollar store. The sponge toffee was SO hard that we could not bit into it and a knife wouldn't even do the trick. We ended up throwing the works out and keeping the apples. The apples were palatable but no where near Rocky Mountain caliber. It's sad and aggrevating that these guys are passing themselves off as a superior product to all those tourists in Banff and almost doing it under the same name as RMCC.

Tasty and Awesome Service. I never take the time to reviews but I have to today. I stopped in during the Alberta Winter Games. I assume it was the owner, but not sure, asked if I'd enjoyed the chocolates they'd provided for a Games' reception I was at the previous night (not sure how he knew I was there). (I told them they didn't last more than an hour with me). I ordered some fudge after he gave me a bit of a lesson on flavouring. And then he could tell I was wavering on a few other items and he packed them all up, said thanks for my business and charged me next to nothing. It was really unexpected and combined with how welcoming the store is, I encourage everyone to visit and at least have a piece of fudge!

I will never visit this store again. I came here around 9 45 and saw two couples walk In and there was another one already in the store. I went to grab the door and a young man held it shut and flipped the sign to closed. My boyfriend tried talking to the man through the door saying people just went in why can't we, and he ignored us. I've never had such a rude encounter in my life, let alone at a chocolate store in banff... I suggest for you to support other chocolate businesses in banff that value your purchase.

We picked up a few pieces of fudge and this other giant treat that included soft caramel, cashews and chocolate - it was fantastic, and seriously, the size of my hand.
