So amazing, every dish, each wine selection - amazing! We wish we had m stayed more to have try more stuff on the menu.
I ordered the lamb chop - from a whole lamb; there are 8 or 9 or them. And I eat every piece. Sooo good - text book for the term juicy and tender.
We LOVE enjoying a coffee by the fireplace and most recently a lunch and dessert with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The service is top notch and you will not be disappointed.
BEST DINNER I HAVE EVER HAD! The service was excellent. The view was spectacular. But the food stole the show. Not only was everything delicious, but the presentation was incredible! It is incredibly obvious that the chef here pours their soul into the dishes they create.

Had a Rocky Start to our stay @RimrockResortHotel but PJ made it aaaalll better! His signature cocktail was Delish, service was awesome and the food was amazing! Little extra touches like a pre-dinner treat and an after-dinner champagne for my birthday were so thoughtful! Thanks PJ for the Fabulous

The host was incredible ( sorry I didn't catch his name) and our server julie was exceptional. The service is 5 stars. The food was excellent (duck and pasta bar).

Good, not great. It was pretty empty when we were there, hence the atmosphere was a bit weird. Food was good, but nothing exceptional. It's not bad, but not worth the price.
