Nourish Bistro - Banff - Photo album

It's always a treat when I stay in Banff to nourish myself at Nourish. The beet juice was the best way to start the meal. Followed by incredible broccoli tempura (gluten free) and the bear burger which was super tasty. Way too much food for just me but definitely the best way to enter into a food co
I have never been so happy to find a vegetarian restaurant that can accommodate vegan and gluten with still most of the menu available to me!! It was so incredible we order most of the menu the first time and went back a second time and put an even bigger dent in the menu, 3rd trip will be the charm

The topping weren’t overwhelming (even though there’s a lot) and it was filling. Also tried the mushroom soup which was also amaz
