Incredible quality! The food and drinks here are on another level of great dining. You can taste the fresh ingredients throughout everything and they made the juiciest chicken you could ever imagine. The drinks were a little pricey compared to the industry average for their quality but nonetheless overage in taste.
Our server Lisa was lovely and tentative throughout the whole experience.

This place is amazing! We made a reservation a couple weeks in advance because the lunch time slots fill up pretty quickly. The view is stunning and the food was really good too! Our server Maxwell was so nice and professional as well. The sangria was really good, and the chocolate cake was very moist!

Dinner a la carte made a reservation a month in advance.
We did not get a window seat. We were still very content with where we were. However if you are going there for the view, don't reserve with a large party as most window tables are for 2 people only.
Going up the gondola is so cool!!! There is a speaker inside talking about what event is happening at the top. It's a short ride up and once the announcement is done, you do get nice zen music and then silence to enjoy the view in peace to the top.
There is a walk to the other peak and some outdoor decks on multiple floors to see the views from as many angles as possible. With nice signs naming each peak you see around with heights.
Now about the restaurant.
Wonderful menu! Great options for all food restrictions.
Delicious. Good portions. Lovely cocktail selection.
I do not recommend for large parties (more than 4) especially if you want a window seat.

Such a nice view out there, the food was awesome, and so with staff. The chef even came to me and asked about the food.
Truly enjoyed the view. It’s ideal for partners and even families too. I think I could spend hours there just staring at the mountains.
Very wonderful atmosphere! I will surely be back!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Five stars are not enough! The service was top notch. The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond in every way possible. The views are out of this world and the food was delightful. Also their cocktail menu was very impressive. We came here with a big group for our wedding dinner and created the best memories. I cannot thank the staff at Sky Bistro enough! Thank you!

Delicious food with an amazing view. Secure a reservation early as tables are somewhat difficult to come by - lots of folks standing outside waiting for a table without a reservation. Don't forget to book your gondola ticket as well. 3 hours was plenty of time to explore the observation deck and have a meal.

Probably my favourite restaurant in Banff, an absolutely must try.
The food is farm to table and it shows in the quality of ingredients. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious.
The cocktails are also really cool and they have a pretty neat selection of wine.
Dress in something you're ready to take photos in, because the view is spectacular!

My experience here was pretty good honestly, the lead chef came to my table and asked for improvement and that's super great to hear!
The food was good but for a fine dining like this I would expect to see more in their menu. It was limited its like either salmon pork or beef dish with salad and limited soup option.
I would recommend to either switch your menu or add more options since this location is located at a beautiful top mountain and scenery.
