Review Tim Hortons - Baden

Hats off to the architect who designed this location. It's obviously a Tim Hortons, but much more elegant looking. Inside it's a bit more standardized. Plenty of parking of course. Service was extremely fast and staff quite friendly and personable.

Why does this location have a lot of issues, with customer service, and not too mention their drive-thru is so disgusting with bumps and NOW patched up potholes. After receiving my XL coffee this morning and than driving to work only to take a sip of my watered down coffee, I asked for 1 1/2 cream in and xl looks like 4 creams and doe not taste like coffee at all, actually tastes' like tea! Come on guys get it together. Very dissatisfied customer.

It seems mobile orders get overlooked. 50% of the time I have to ask if they have my mobile order ready. Need more experience on the front till. Stop putting the elderly ladies working the till.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I've been to! Hard to believe that they own thw New Hamblocation as well. There is a 50/50 chance your food or beverage order will be incorrect or completely missing. Oh and don't try to go through drive thru unless you have a 4x4 lol

Not impressed. Every time I visit this location on the way out to my moms they never stir the coffee or add the requested amount of sugar. Just got home and my coffee tastes like watered down cream. Tried stirring it to see if they just didn't do it and nope no sugar sitting on the bottom. I get it's tim Hortons but they should be able to make a coffee properly....it's not rocket science. This happens EVERY time. I have never gotten a good coffee from this timmies. So it's not just one employee....I think people for some reason need to be trained on following directions and actually doing their job...

Moved to Baden at the beginning of 2021. The first few months I had no complaints. The last month the drive through line has taken minimal 10 minutes to get through, with no more than 6 cars in front for of me. Today I ordered 20 timbits and an ice coffee. When I got home discovered there were only 18 timbits in the box and my iced coffee was so bad I had to add more sugar and milk. I have worked in food service for 20 years and I know the difference between an honest mistake when busy, this was not the case. TRAIN YOUR TEENAGE STAFF BETTER!

Maybe it is just a Saturday evening thing but we had to wait almost 5 minutes to be waited on even though we were the only ones in the resteraunt. Floor was a mess.

Loved this place a couple years ago but now in 2021 it has gone horribly with past ordered. Recently ordered a pumpkin spiced lattee and a Farmers Wrap but received a tea with milk and a wrap with egg... nothing else. Go to Baden Coffee Company or Subway if you want to get yourself a coffee order as those places seem to be more consistent than this place here! Edit: A while later and coming back here disappoints even more. Coffee tastes like dirt water and the people here can't get anything right and are very rude.
