Terrible service, waited 10 minutes for a single frozen root beer and was completely forgotten about as four other people ordered and were served in the meanwhile. In the end my drink was incorrect and had the wrong type of lid making it very difficult to drink. I was completely ignored by the staff
Very impressed with the service and how bright and clean this location is. The customer service was terrific. The employee ( Dani ) was very good at taking my order.
My husband and I decided on a late lunch 2:00ish for a burger. My mozza burger was dry and tasteless, not a sesame seed bun, no tomato and only 1/2 strip of bacon, my husbands chicken chubby burger looked more like it was from an anorexic bird, Over cooked and hard, not very appealing. as prices go
New staff did a great job for how busy it was today! Missed teen burgers so much lol!

Decent place. Except i found a hair in my onion rings. Didnt say much just , didnt eat them other than that i enjoyed my double Teen burger. And the front entrance smells like an abandoned building.
It took 10 minutes to get 1 Rootbeer. There were seven staff at the time. They were discussing a rude drive through customer and one stand stated that they gave the customer the finger. Then they totally ignored us. We were the only customers in the building. Very disappointing situation.
One of the best A&W's I've been to.
Food is always great and never cold like some places (McDonald's)where the cheese doesn't even melt on the burger and the fries are cold.
The service is fast and the staff is courteous. Our favorite stop whenever we're in town.
