I am so impressed with the cleanliness and attention the housekeeping person keeps the place so clean and inviting. Compared to other Tims I will drive out of my way to come here at Trinity and Wilson in Ancaster. My sincere thanks Sherry

Update: this drive thru has improved immensely. Fast, efficient, accurate. I only started coming back because my usual tims is under renovation. I was dreading it at first. Thank you for proving me wrong.

Very fast at drive through, almost to the point they are too fast because you don't get the sense youbcan look at the menu and make a decision when you drive up. Really nice workers in here, prefer it over the other tims nearby. The drive thru is super fast, I take a star off because sometimes the foods cold but other tim's you gotta wait long drive thru

Had a good experience. Washrooms were open for us to use (during Covid lockdown #3). My youngest was gifted a timbit from a staff member after we ordered. Made his day and mine.
