I think the persons name was Jen, but she was amazing from when I walked in the door until my food was ready. Gave a great suggestion for a meal, to which I loved. Went again to get a breakfast poutine, Jen was amazing but there was hair in my food.
Not usually one to complain on reviews. Came for lunch with my family. Arrived at 12:30 p.m. waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive food. We were not offered refills or attended during that time. The food was good as always but the service was terrible. Went for the all you can eat fish and chips. We sat fhere with empty plates, he came and took our plates eventually and didn't even ask if we wanted more. All you can eat is not here is two pieces but I won't ask if you want more. I will
Poor service! Waited 45 min before we walked out as we were stilling wait for our breakfast. No cofffee top up. Furthermore the staff in the kitchen were not masked properly. They had them below their chins.
