I placed an order on Mar 25 ordered a French vanilla & it came out like a milky water with sugar!!! For the one who take order, PLEASE listen carefully of what your customers want. Don’t talk to others while your customer is placing the order.

A couple of workers were disrespectful for no apparent reason - the one blamed us for pulling up far at the window (we weren’t far btw). She didn’t even try to reach over and meet HALF way. She was rolling her eyes when we asked her what the issue was she blamed us for being too far to the window. Atleast try to accommodate or act like you’re not hating your life. If you’re miserable just don’t work at a drive through?

Horrible Tims. The young girls in the store are always talking to each other about things not relate to work - and ignore customers. You wait there for 15 mins without anyone even saying Hi. And don't even try and explain this to their District Manager Lucy who is simple RUDE and Racist. She said if you don't like the service go somewhere else where they have 'your kind of people' - pardon me ? What is that supposed to mean ?

The disaster service, irresponsible 4 staff members(younger), they are team of 6. But the girls will always fight saying “no I will not take walk in orders” and they will laugh together and discuss on other topics make me stand there longer and waste my time. I am a regular at this store they will not greet and serve me like they are doing me a favour. The staff especially the girls have very negative attitude towards customers and treats rudely. Prepares wrong order, and make food how they prefer and not how and what I asked for. I did complained about this irresponsible and I’ll mannered staff earlier, no improvements in staff behaviour and greetings. I think it must be costing a lot to hire good people who would be courteous, positive and with good listening skills to understand customers requested order specifications. I would not give even a one star to this tims location. Terrible staff and services

Went through drivethru at 5:30 am November 6th. I watched the lady make my two coffees. Tripple tripple and 2 milk. She literally adds sugar/milk then poors coffee over top and puts on lid. Excuse me? Can you even stir it for 3 seconds? No wonder there is 0 sugar in the drink and all on the bottom. Take a little bit of pride in your job, and also respect for customers money. It astounds me that now tim hortins employees dont know how to 1. Toast bread 2. Butter bread 3. Stir a coffee. Ill be filing ANOTHER complaint with management but honestly I don't think they care.

Everymorning I have to argue with tims here because they won't stir my coffee. Tripple tripple and 2milk coffee everyday they dump everything in bottom of cup and then poor coffee then put lid on. When I ask them to stir it they argue back they don't have to and have bad attitude. When will management do something??
