About 10 or 15m ago I ordered 2 sausage on English muffins and small step tea. The bread has mold on it .it's so obvious that's good my Autistic Sis didn't eat it. How come they didn't see it. I went got my refund in Hamilton on upper Wellington they were so nice.

Very polite but waited at the window for 5 minutes for a tea biscuit and it was broken in half with a huge clump of butter on it not spread at all.
The great thing is tge building firs the neighborhood. Small dining room and not a lot of parking. Quick drive thru. Very friendly staff.
Staff were excellent and coffee was hot just the way I like it. It was also spotless clean so I was impressed with my time there that I ordered a 2nd lattè

Normally my Tim Hortons visits are all positive. Even if my order is incorrect (kind of often actually) but hey mistakes happen.
