Review Starbucks Coffee Company - Ancaster

Starbucks is a great place to meet friends for coffee. Whether it be just a regular brew or a mocha, frappuccino with whipped cream and chocolate cookie chunks, there's something to please everyones pallett. Would highly recommend.

It's a completely average Starbucks, in a little stand-alone building, in a strip mall, in the most milquetoast of GTA suburbs.... but the drive-thru staff are so spectacular that I'm 100% convinced this place gets extra business because of it. Everyone knows Starbucks locations tend to have above-average customer service (at least in Canada), but this place is a whole level above that. Only reason I can't give this place five stars is because the dining area is kinda miserable... not an inviting place to stick around and have a drink with friends, and probably a bit too noisy for laptop warriors. Oh well. Stick with the drive-thru, folks.

Fantastic Starbucks location! The customer service is amazing! All the staff are very personable and friendly. I come here often to study because of the positive atmosphere!!

Good Starbucks, was very busy, but still really quick and efficient. The barrista was very knowledgeable and had no issues explaining the differences between some of the drinks I was looking at. Friendly staff also.

Whoever you have on the drive thru speaker and at the window is absolutely AMAZING!!! He definitely had me leaving in such a great mood. Please pass this on to him (Jan 7th at 10am)

I come here everyday at lunch for my hazelnut latte with oat and 2 raw sugars. Abbey made one of the best lattes I ever had and enjoyed every sip of it! She's extremely friendly, kind and her customers service is excellent! Josh is all round awesome! very knowledgeable and helped me with the Starbucks mobile app which use all the time and his customers service is very professional. Stacey is very kind and always has a smile ☺ and her customer service is 10+. This location has a great team that is providing high quality quality customer service!

enough social distancing measure. Much better to order online than buy through drive through as it has a long line up. Also, there is a few outdoor tables for you to sit if you do not mind the car being very close to you.

I come to this Starbucks location almost everyday and order my usual order which is the Americano. I would like to say that Bree has exceptional customer service. She always has positive energy, always smiling, super nice and even on the days she's not working at the window she will always come and say "hi" to me and leave a note on my cup. I usually get my order at the drive-thru and the odd times I will go in. I never had the Starbcks Rewards and Bree mentioned the benefits of having it and she convinced me to get it. I am so happy I did and I would like to say thank you for that and always providing really great service. I would also like to say that all the other staff members have great service as well but unfortunately I don't know everyone's name. I have been to many Starbucks locations and this one has to be one of the best. Always great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing service, always so friendly and kind!

Excellent customer service at this location. Line moves quite quickly and drinks are always ready inside regardless of where you specified your order to picked up from. This location could use better access to drive thru both upon entry and exiting the line.

I ordered using the app and it was easy to navigate and complete. Order was completed quickly and accurately. Went inside to pick up and the staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks and food I ordered were very good. Would recommend to anyone.
