Review Tipsy Tails Restaurant - Alma

Exceptional service and food. We arrived just when it opened and were greeted immediately. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurants menu. Cool vibes and washroom was clean. My favorite was the seafood chowder with chunks of seafood. Highly recommend stopping here before or after going into Funday National Park!!

The food here is amazing! The chowder and lobster roll are must-haves. The chowder comes with the creamiest biscuits I've ever had. The owner was also very nice and friendly to us. If you visit Alma, definitely check this out.

The best meal we've had on our trip so far! The street corn was incredible as were the pork tacos (home made smoked pork) and fish tacos. Super tasty, excellent service, and great views on the patio. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, waitress was attentive and very friendly. For the price, the lobster roll is very underwhelming, I got maybe 70 grams of lobster meat, if that, supported by a lone lettuce leaf. The poutine portion was very small with no real cheese curds and a little gravy which was too salty. Beer selection on tap is good and the location is great. The service more than made up for the dissapointing food.

A perfect stop after hiking in the park. Food was awesome, prices very reasonable and even had some excellent local beers Our server took the time to show up on their map all the best hiking spots for us to explore while staying in the area.

AMAZING. The food was delicious. I had the chowder and my husband had the lobster roll (which I had some bites of) and clams. It was all so yummy. The best chowder and lobster roll that we’ve had on our trip so far. We ate on the covered deck which was actually nice considering it was raining and windy. It blocked most of the wind and we got to look at the cool sailboats. The owner (I’m assuming) is a very cool guy and friendly to talk to. He gave us some tips on the area. Definitely recommend!

Finally having our seafood chowder with fish tacos and oh dear those scones ❤. It was absolutely scrumptious. Should you find yourself in these parts, I highly recommend you stop and share a meal. And our waitress was so, so friendly. Absolute gem of a place. We will definitely go back when we're back in the area.
