Terrible customer service. I got to Tim Hortons every day for a coffee after work. (Threw the drive threw) and it use to be really good and someone would acknowledge me and say they would be here in a second to help. Went through the drive through, and it took me 3 times repeating my order for them to finally understand that I wanted a drink. Really guys? And when I got my breakfast sandwich it was stone cold. I don't expect much out of timmies these days, but this was straight up bad. Do better guys.

So slow. Dead drive through and restaurant and it takes 30 minutes to make a coffee. I'm still sitting in the drive through and I guarantee my order will be messed up by the time I get it.

Exceptional service - they appeared to be all out of the cookies we wanted, so they made us a fresh batch! Delicious and warm! Space was well organized to accommodate for distancing. Nice to still be able to sit in with the kids.

Bad service By Manager what can we expect from other workers😂First they give you wrong drink and then instead of apologizing they show more attitude. I would have given zero star to that girl “manager”if i had an option.
