I absolutely love everything about this pub. Great atmosphere, great food, but the kareoke on sat night........... priceless. Nicci makes it so much fun, playing great songs inbetween to dance too. I refuse to go anywhere else. It really is one epic night😁

So busy, all the power was out in Aldergrove. Took my grandma there to eat, she loved it. Quick service for such a packed place kudos

You've earned my business. I love to see local businesses supporting a good cause (sundance solace society). You delivered a fantastic veggie burger and while there was not an empty table to be seen, the service was still great. We will definitely be back! Cheers

LOVE the decor and menu. Easily the best pub food I've found, and it's even better than some restaurants! My favourite pub in the Fraser Valley :)

Had my 19th birthday here last night. Crazy atmosphere inside, very unique and rustic, never been anywhere quite like it before. Had the fries which were decent, but when I asked what they had on tap, I was told Budweiser, blue, Heineken, and a bunch of other watered-down sub standard beers that belong at a frat party, not a pub. I would've loved having some local brews and exotic beers on tap, but ended up having a good ol' pint of Guinness. Not crazy expensive at $7, but not cheap either. Service wasn't great though, and I had to get up out of my seat once and walk over to the bar to ask if we could get some service. And it was basically dead in there, we were some of the only ones. I'll probably be back to the Fox & Hounds, and I would recommend if you're looking for a classic bar with classic beers.

Been there twice, will go again. Consistently good food and service! Had the crab cakes which were delicious. Hubby had the clam chowder soup and philly cheese sandwich - really enjoyed it as well. Free appie came with our drinks - can't recall the name of it but it was delicious.

Good option in Aldergrove.. Nice make-over. Food can be hit and miss. Not bad - but not great. Should be better for a pub. Food at the other pub is superior to this. I also think the price of a beer is too expensive in comparison. 5.50 compared to 3.50?
Gail, one of the regular servers, works very hard. I hope the owners are paying her well.

Karaoke Nites on Saturday's Reply to elgreenapple50. I saw the post by elgreenapple50 regarding Fox & Hounds, and I have to wholeheartedly disagree. I have been to literally hundreds of Karaoke shows all over North America and I couldn't disagree more with elgreenapple50.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Tara's show - so much more than Roy's. I don't know why you think Roy knew his levels, he clearly didn't, and I'll speak from experience - I sounded like crud through his shoddy equipment and with his cheap backing tracks.

Tara's professional equipment, her superior microphones and her technical knowledge as well as her gut instincts make me sound unbelievable. At Roy's shows, no one even noticed I was on stage (sorry I mean tucked into that back corner, competing with whatever game was loudly on tv).

This past Saturday, not only did I feel I sounded awesome, but the dancefloor was packed around me and I got several (4 actually!) "Great Jobs" on my way out of the pub. Nothing feels better than that for an amateur singer. Trust me, I am purely amateur and have off days just like everyone else.

Sorry you feel so poorly about the situation elgreenapple50, I hope that you give the show another shot, I know that Tara has made me a fan of the Fox & Hounds Pub & Restaurant(I had stopped going) again, and I will be back many more times as long as I get to do Taraoke!

P.S. over 100,000 songs and growing is a great draw, I can do the stuff from the radio today and not feel like I have to do Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree every time ;)

THANK YOU TARA, Keep it up.

Great Karaoke - great Pub.. I disagree with elgreenapple50, I have frequented the fox and hound pub for many years and appreciate the changes. The best change was Saturday night Karaoke to Tara.
Roy was old school - old songs and old sound. I've been to many of Roys shows and think the world of him personally, he just wasn't keeping up with the times.
Tara is total fantastic, it's a fun show with great sound and it's never so loud you can't hear the singer.
She makes adjustments with her modern equiptment to compensate for even the softest singer.
She can even make the worst singer ( you know who you are) sound good.
Hell, you even get to shake a bootie. She has the best selection of songs, no need to even look in a book, just google the artist you like, write them down and ask her, she most likely has it.
That's the wonders of Tara.

The Buttered Chicken was great and the Baked Lasagna was very good plus they have some awesome choices of beers on tap! The atmosphere was interesting, however it seem to be missing something. Not sure what it's missing but it just felt like it. I would definitely go back.

Good table service and delicious comfort food. Wide selection on the menu. Be patient while waiting to be seated as it get busy at times. Try the Steak salad and be sure to check the daily specials. Plenty of parking available. I would have felt a little more comfortable if they had actually scanned our vaccine passports rather then just checking them against ID.

Great atmosphere and attentive staff. It was busy but staff didn't seemed overwhelmed and food came out in good time. The food wasn't spectacular in any way but still good. I had an odd request for a pub, I was craving a hot chocolate. I fully didn't expect them to have that kind of drink, but the waitress still managed to get me one and I don't think it was one the menu. So I appreciated that! Our waitress was wonderful, I wish I could remember her name to give her a shoutout. Food was average but I would likely still come back for the cozy atmosphere.

Great place! We were travelling through and thought this sounded like a good place, and it was! It felt like I was walking into a British Pub! The food was also amazing. I had the Bangers and Mash and it was served in the largest Yorkshire pudding I have ever seen. We will be back of travelling through again!
