Review Extreme Pita - Ajax

Food is always great and I love the new bowls that have been added to the menu! But my experiences aren’t always pleasant because of a particular staff member. She has blonde hair, mid height. She is not friendly at all and seems to always be annoyed when asked to make something. Sometimes I consider not even going in when I see her working. However, there is a lady, short, with brown hair that is always pleasant and would 100% give her a 10/10 for customer service!

I always enjoy grabbing lunch from this spot. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is prepared quickly and efficiently. Admittedly they do not have many vegetarian options but there are a couple which will satisfy non meat eaters. Another plus is the 10% off your meal promo if you show a good life membership. Pros: friendly staff, quick service, clean and convenient location, 10% off promo for gym goers Cons: limited vegetarian options, some options can be expensive

I would give it fewer stars if I could. I have gone on multiple occasions (because one bad experience doesn't mean they'll all be bad), but they were all bad experiences! The first time, we had gone in at 5pm to find no staff available anywhere. We called out for someone, looked around, and walked back into the kitchen without finding help. We could have robbed the place without anyone realizing... Obviously didn't lol but how we're we supposed to be served? We left. The second time we tried, I got so much attitude from the customer service girl. She acted as though I was hugely disrupting her time by being there and ordering food. After she made our food, she immediately went outside and had a smoke with a friend. Now I know why it was so inconvenient to have customers. It's probably the reason we couldn't find any staff during our first visit. There needs to be something done with the staffing at this location, or maybe the owner needs to be around more to closely monitor the staff. They seem to just do what they want and act like it's the worst thing when a customer shows up. I've trained these kinds of customer service reps across the country and can say that the service from the extreme pita staff is horrendous. It's just so obvious that no one in the building cares; which is why I recommend having the owner or manager around. You need someone who cares to make others care. Oh well. I won't be back until things change drastically.

Not everyone knows how to make what you want the right way. Also they give out different potions. Some more training on how much ingredients goes into making each pita/bowl with and how to make each pita/bowl would be great. Other than that's the place is always clean they employees are friendly and food is very good.

A good place for a quick lunch or snack. The staff are helpful and friendly. My wife and I often meet here for lunch. The washrooms were clean and the menu changes from time to time, with new items. They can and polity do vegan options.

Came to this place to get a quick bite. Ended up leaving because no one was in the restaurant itself to serve us. We looked in the kitchen and everything, no one anywhere. Finally a girl came walking in, not a care in the world and told us "sorry my friend is outside I'll be there in a bit". Apparently her smoke buddy was more important than a customer. Really dissapointed.

I would give 0 stars if i could. This is the most expensive for absolutely NO reason food place you would find in Ajax. I went there for burritos and got something else that looks like burritos, if you crave Mexican food this is not the place to go, I would recommend "Mucho burrito" (bigger potion for same price). I believe they have some Indian cuisine mixed and messed up with Mexican. The attitude is so bad even if they give food for free I will not go second time. Restaurant is always empty, I think there is a reason for that. Its either an Indian cuisine or Mexican can not be both mixed, it messes up your craving.

Yah just started a job close to this place so I thought hey I'll go for a nice gyro at the pita place . Yah no they don't make that there the guy working there didn't even know what I was talking about . I thought that was a staple for wrap places. So I got a solvaki wrap no biggy . Yah I didn't know it could be made that bad. The chicken was on the grill for maybe 15 seconds. Then when he took it off it just stuck to the grill if he would of let it cook longer or oiled the grill it wouldn't have stuck. So the only warm parts of my chicken are still on the grill not in my wrap . I just got all the cold pieces scrapped off the grill And the warp itself well I guess lettuce is pricey because I got like three little pieces. The warp for 10 bucks was not worth it save your money and go to sunset and get a whole breakfast and coffee for the same price . First and last time I'll go.
