Loved this breakfast joint. Staff is very friendly and cordial. They are following good covid measures. The food portion sizes are big and will keep you full for a while. The coffee is good too. Kid friendly. Does get a bit smoky with the cooking but overall a nice place to get breakfast.

I usually visit Eggsmart at least once a year while I'm getting my car rust proofed nearby. It's a great place to enjoy a good breakfast while waiting. I had the Meat Lovers Egg Skillet, which included eggs, beef, bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, and a side of potatoes, along with toast and fruits. It's a good meal. Their current promotion also included a complimentary bowl of soup. The food is good and service is always good and friendly. I'll be back!

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Service is quick and the staff are very nice. One is particular is Harry who is very warm, engaging and friendly! I met Harry a few days and he made my dinning experience very much 5-star. The food is great. I always get the classic breakfast and it’s worth every penny.

Nice place for brunch. Don't be in a rush though. Food is good and good value. Need to update dietary options such as sugar free syrup and lactose free milk.. Please is bright and airy. Very nice.

Mother’s Day - sat at the table for 2 hours waiting for our meal. The wait was so long some of the customers got up and grabbed their own meals from the serving bar. When we got our chicken and waffles the food was cold. The kitchen staff prioritized the Uber meals first while all of the customers in the restaurant waited on their meals to be served. I won’t be going back.

Came here for Mother’s Day and it was horrible. Waited almost 3 hours for our food and watched while they prioritized take out orders over those sitting to eat. Wish I could say it was a isolated issue but everyone in the restaurant say food less. They weren’t even courteous enough to update patrons about the wait or apologize. One man started going to the kitchen and collecting his own food for his table. You would think that they would offer some sort of compensation NONE! Oh and the food….not worth the wait! HORRIBLE!!! Will never dine again!

Very small portions. Most things dont come with a side. Don't get a lot of food for your money like other places. Food isn't very good, peameal was like a rock. Everything seemed like I could make it at home with walmart ingredients. Waffle was just a waffle and was very doughy. Go to stacked instead way better bang for your buck & better tasting.

If I could give this place a negative score I would.<br/><br/>The management (owners 2 sons) are the most rude and unhospitable BOYS I have ever encountered. <br/><br/>The quality and cookery of the food here is amateur. Poached eggs were RAW and when asked to be cooked, the one man BOY aggressively told me (the PAYING customer) "Fine, I cook it hard then". My son's pancakes sat under the heat lamp for 5 minutes to which they became wet and flat, and the club sandwich had stone COLD chicken.<br/><br/>This place is awful. Poor representation of the chain. <br/><br/>The management needs to learn how to run a successful and HOSPITABLE restaurant. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible service, never coming back to this place. Waited so long to be seated and there were only 2 waitresses running around to serve everyone. It took almost 10 minutes to bring us the coffee and another 10 minutes to take the order. We went with our 2 year old son and he was so hungry and we had to give him some cookies because the food was taking too long.

Don't come here. Service is terrible.. So just left eggsmart on Bayly in ajax. Literally stood at the entrance for 5 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me. Spoke to a lady in front of me and asked how long she had been waiting. She said 10 mins for takeout. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I will also tell everyone I know never to come here. Don't waste money here, they obviously don't want business.

I loved the food!!! Mmm French Toast with fresh fruit was Delicious!!! The service was Excellent too!! I would definitely recommend this breakfast place to Everyone!!!

Great service. I was there last friday the service was very good because they have new management right now and food was great too.

So I took my son to eggsmart for breakfast like I always do on the Fridays! I ordered him blueberry pancakes and when we got them the entire centre was creamy and not cooked so I sent it back and they made another batch, when we got it the same thing happened! By this time my son had been eating off my plate and did not want to eat those pancakes, so I told them not to bother making another batch and I would just have the bill! Anyways when I looked at the bill the lady charged me for pancakes we never got!!! And then said because we are regulars she will take .80 cents off our bill wow I will NEVER go back!

Can't do order right. Horrible restaurant. Screwed up my order and then when I sent it back they removed most but not all of the tomatoes (I'm allergic to tomatoes) Manager didn't come out to apologize just said no discount....Don't go here!!!!!!

Great Place to Be. Eggsmart is a small breakfast/lunch place in Ajax that I visit nearly every Sunday. On top of the fact that they're dishes are on average 10$, the best part is that they always remember me when I walk in. If I'm alone they tend to ask where my sisters are. To me, it's excellent customer service when they build a relationship with the people who keep them in business. The atmosphere is that of a small diner, there's always a newspaper available upon request (or just get it yourself), the televisions are always on with the news and the washrooms are tremendously clean (and kind of smell good). <br/>Is it possible for them to serve a sub-par dish every now and again? Yes, but they're human in their kitchen just like how my mom burns a meal once a week. I've been to Eggsmart countless times with friends, family, my girlfriend and solo, and I'm able to count on one hand the number of times something has gone wrong. To me, that's an incredible ratio and I'm definitely a comeback customer.

Mediocre at best. I read the reviews about this place but still decided to give them a try. You would thinks it's not that difficult to make breakfast, but at this place my home fries were no just lukewarm boiled potatoes, everything on my plate lacked seasoning and the coffee was no good. The waitress was trying to hard and it felt quite unnatural.

Horrible! Service is horrible. Food is overcooked or undercooked, horrible. Owners are ignorant towards staff and overall just not a good environment.

Wow, canned fruit hidden under a couple pieces fresh, overcooked eggs........twice. Don't spend your money here.

Average Breakfast. The breakfast was average; nothing special. The price is decent, the portions will fill you up, and the service was pretty good.
