Review Harvey's - Ajax

Trash. I’m not going to write a long review like I usually do. It’s simple. I bought 4 Harvey’s original burgers, 3 of them were burnt to a crisp. At least the dog ate them so it wasn’t a complete waste.

This Harvey's is located in a busy plaza at the north east corner of Westney Rd and Kingston Rd in Ajax. Upon entering there are signage and hand sanitizers. There are plexiglass barriers between the customers and staff by the cashier. I ordered the 2 can dine original burger combos for $12.29. I was able to collect Scene points using my Samsung wallet. Service was friendly but it seemed like the team was abit overwhelmed with drive thru orders, food delivery, takeout and dine in orders. I waited about 5 minutes to get my burger order and then another 10 minutes for my onion rings. At least the onion rings were fresh out of the fryer. Overall food was good but they need to work on better team work. Takeout orders inside shouldn't take longer than drive thru orders. I visit them regularly since it's close to home. Don't forget they have an app where you can order ahead and pickup thru drive thru or inside.

Came for dinner with my son. My son did not like the taste of his order. Reordered and was told 50% off. When the order was ready, it was handed over to me at no charge. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you, appreciate your understanding.

I don't go to Harvey's nearly enough, but this location has the friendliest and most pleasant staff and the food is always good. My only one problem is that they don't know how to put tomato on a hot dog, it's usually just sitting on the top, not put under the hotdog so it's stays in place. Other than that, I like this location.

This is my favorite Harvey's location in the GTA! The staff are the nicest and the food is perfect temperature and the toppings are fresh. Drive thru is quick and efficient and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Food tastes great !

Bad experience with Uber eats delivery here. 10 or more cars in the drive-through order is apparently ready but they won’t give it to you at the main door or you have to wait for 30 minutes in the drive-through. There needs to be a better process for Uber eats pick ups here drivers can’t be waiting 30 minutes in the drive-through for an order.

Food is good, better than McDonald’s, and good pricing too, but if you come after 10PM for drive through, expect a 20 minute wait at least

Best fast food onion rings and customized burgers or chicken sandwiches; always get the toppings you like. Deep fried pickles are decent too for a treat.

Fantastic Location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating the food is always hot n fresh. By far the best place in Ajax to grab a quick bite.
