Our server was wonderful, the service and timing was excellent unfortunately the food was just ok. My mom wanted to go because they are so good in the US, not the same experience here. We had the Oriental Chicken Salad (get with the times Applebee's and rename that salad, Grilled Teriyaki Salad is a good substitute!) BLT, Homestyle Chicken Bowl and a kids shrimp & fries. Very underwhelming, wouldn't go back.

The food is absolutely delicious. The service was 10/10. We were in a hurry to get to Toronto to see a performance and they did an excellent job in getting our order into the kitchen, bill ready, and leftovers ready to go. Would recommend again! My only complaint is we need an Applebee's here in Ottawa!! Thanks again for such a great dining experience.

My dining experience at the Applebee's in Toronto was very pleasant. Although I live in the states (Virginia), I haven't visited an Applebee's in at least 4 years, due to several unpleasant dining experiences, so dinner was very enjoyable and our server was great, considering she was the only server on duty when we visited (so sorry I forgot her name). The food was good. Will probably give the Applebee's near me another try!🙂🕊

We live in montreal and when we go to totonto we always stop by applebees cause we LOVE the mac and cheese with the chicken strips.
As usual it was delicious and I took the shark bowl drink wich was enormous ! My husband had to finish it for me.

Possibly some of the best service my family has gotten! The food was delicious, the pricing was fairly standard, and there were plenty of really unique options, including crazy food mixes that I had never heard of, so it was cool trying new things! I wish the patio set up was a bit more forgiving in terms of the sun.

Friendly staff and fast service. Food was great. Ordered pork ribs and it was juicy and tender. Ordered a dessert that was served after our main course as requested.

Applebees is really one of my favorite. I maybe in the US or Canada i maje it a point to visit Applebee's. Staff are friendly, the place is awesome and the food are really tasty and delicious. Keep it up guys!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable - patio available if you enjoy eating outside. Chicken and house salad was good portion, chicken was grilled and tasty. No oil/vinegar though they did bring me some "oil" and some "vinegar" to make my own - decided to go with the Italian (though it was creamy not clear). Hubby had Chicken parm which he enjoyed.

Had the sirloin steak and not only was it grilled to perfection as I requested but tasted better than any steak I’ve ever had at The Keg. Our waitress was very efficient, quick and responsive. I recommend Applebee’s to anyone that wants a pleasurable dining experience.

They have changed their menu again...eliminated a couple of my favorite things including the appetizer sampler where you can choose 3. Got rid of the beer and cheese dip AND have changed your nacho chips....service was average at best. I won't be back....so disappointed. ..this used to be one of my favorite places.

We went there because KEG had a waiting time of 2.5 hours. So it was our second choice, but our server was awesome and very helpful. Excellent service and very good food. She made our experience a very good one ���

Heather is our server always and she's great. I just wish they had a wider variety if choices ..food is not bad though ! Not fabulous bit not bad either. Not impressed that they don't do the boneless wings any more Hubby and i had the thai shrimp salad and the shrimp and broccoli stir fry and Calamari for appetizer ... kids had the sheppards pie and mac n cheese.... we go there because the kids love it and its tried and tested and close to home and we've got to know the staff which have always been great from day one. �

Burger over cook, bacon dry with no mayonnaise or any type of sauce. Wings too much batter and not fully cook. Chicken Parmigiana pasta was cold.
The server was not attentive and when we call another one for help, she was the most nice.
