amazing atmosphere, very attentive staff, great food for great value. had the VIP platter with french toast, everything was cooked the way I would cook it myself. my significant other had VIP platter with blueberry pancake and a bowl of baked beans on the side. said the blueberry pancake was the best he had in a long time. Erin is a great server and everyone is very nice.

AMAZING restaurant! Especially should you be fortunate to meet Linette, a waitress at Scrambles! She is FANTASTIC! Funny & an amazing waitress! Scrambles offers a diverse menu for breakfast and lunch. The cook knows EXACTLY how to cook & cook according to how you like it--he listens to requests. Scrambles is my go to restaurant in Ajax for breaky.

Cute and cozy breakfast place. Fabulous food for very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. We will go back again ans again for sure.

Stopped for lunch on my long bike ride before heading back to Toronto and I was happy that I chose this place. It made my first dine in experience since pandemic started. The server was well accommodating, welcoming and attentive. I had the chicken club sandwich with Greek salad and it was yummy! I really wanted to try the old fashioned milkshake but unfortunately I was too full already and afraid of upsetting my stomach when cycling after. All items on the menus seem pretty affordable I couldn't believe it was only $14 after tax. I also liked the cute, old school atmosphere inside the restaurant- the small chalkboards on the wall that's got menus handwritten and cute drawings. From what I heard while eating, they just had reopened the place since lockdown and there were regulars saying they had been waiting for them to reopen. I believe it shows that Scrambles is a friendly neighborhood diner in the area. As someone who likes to explore unique local small businesses rather than going to franchise restaurants, I'm happy I have come across this venue when I was in Ajax for the first time.

It's been a long time since we last were here for breakfast. We were a party of four and all were satisfied with the quality quality of the food and the service.

The atomsphere was a little old fashion and its too dim for my taste, as you walk in. The price and portion is decent and fair. The scramble eggs on my plate was too cooked, tasteless and dry. The sandwhich and chicken noodle soup was the meal that did him wrong. After my friend consumed his meal there within the 30 mins drive back to Markham. He felt sick, he was vomitting for the next 3 hours. Something in his sandwich was not cooked probably or not fresh. I dont know is it the chicken or the tomatoes or both, because that was his first meal. Also the service i found there was super rude, they never check up on us. She nevered said your welcome or anything to greet us. Needless to say i think i say Thank you when she brought us water, took our order, place down our food but nothing was coming out of her ... Maybe just a grin. Then when we wanted to get the bill, we left the card there to pay for the longest time. Kinda like she forgot about us, then after she finally brought the machine over. She was holding the card machine and the coffee which she was going to the tables around to refill. Which to me is fine, but can she not try to jungle all the things at once. She was trying to put the card in the machine with one hand, clearly it was going no where. Like either use both hands, put down the coffee. Or she can just let us do it! Not jus put it in half way and go, you need to push it down further then walk away. After we finish paying for the meal, we jus let the recepits attach to the machine. Because we jus want out at this point, as we leave are we surprise we got no greetings? Nope! And we still gave tip because we are nice people. Needless to say how can we go back, when the service was rude and unfriendly and also your food made us sick.

Came here for the first time this weekend and they accommodated our dietary needs with no hesitance...and on top of that the food was great!

Just happened to be in the are with friends and gave it a chance. Food was fresh, delicious and I would definitely go back!

Love Love Scrambles! They make the absolute BEST Eggs Benedict. Hubby loves the pumpkin pancakes.

was there today , he burn my toast 2 times . if the toast is burned dont send it to the table . Everyone know what burned toast looks like , needlest to say my blt was dry as a bone . Please, I know you can see what you send to the table. I like Scrambles. I really do !
