Review Jolie Cafe - Ajax

We decided to grab a late coffee on a Saturday night and decided to try Debbie's. Within a minute of being inside we were greeted by Debbie herself! Tons of tea options for my fiance and the coffee for me was fresh and delicious. We also shared the S'mores Brownie and (at the recommendation of the staff) had it heated up first: totally worth it! So rich and decadent. The décor is eclectic, with a cool kid of local artists, chairs, high tables and couches. Skip Tim Horton's in this plaza and come to Debbie's instead!

This place is a cute little coffee shop in downtown Ajax. It looks a little shady on the outside cus the plaza is old looking but inside it's really cute except for a table in the back with a tea party settings and a freaky doll that looks like it will haunt you in your dreams. My niece enjoyed their Belgian hot chocolate and I enjoyed my matcha latte with coconut milk. They also have lunch specials for $10 which is cool. I will have to come back and try the food.

Cozy cafe offering a wide selection of food, dessert and coffee options. We came for breakfast and were very happy with the service, coffee and ambiance of the cafe. The food was mediocre. We ordered a BLT bagel and cheese panini and the found the food was a bit bland. The cafe has a bunch of books and board games and would be a good quiet place in ajax to come chill out. The cafe also has a few chairs and seats where you take in the beautiful views of ajax and Harwood avenue :)

Wow. Most homey cafe I have been too. The host is so motherly and inviting it is great. Love the ambiance . I had the grandma Choclate cake. It was pure heaven. And the lattes. My wife had the Regular I had the vanilla. Mind blown. Must visit for everyone.

This is my second time coming here. The first time was on my lunch hour and I had the most amazing salad Lastnight my book club met here. They allowed us to stay even after hours and was so kind enough to take our picture and invited us to come back

A great place to stop whether it is just for a coffee or something to eat. The service was kind, prompt, and were helpful with any questions that I had. The coffee was organic and top notch, the environment is quite cozy and not to mention the free WiFi is mint. I will definitely stop in again.

Nice cafe that has a lovely interior even if the plaza it is in could use a facelift. The herbal teas can be a bit bitter. Parking will be a challenge during the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Debbie's has punch cards allowing the 10th (tea? Coffee? Dessert?) free. They also have seniors day, where all coffee and tea before 12 is free for seniors. The walls contain local art for sales, handmade jewelry and tons of diverse reading material.

Great spot in Ajax with a friendly staff and a great menu not only for drinks but food also.

You guys deserve each and every one of those 5 stars plus more! I've been numerous times and everything I have tried has been incredible! Your atmosphere is cheerful and light and your staff are so courteous and friendly. Nobody else in Ajax holds a candle to both your atmosphere, decor and food. Nobody! From the chocolate ganache brownie, the lemon meringue pie (made with real lemon curd), the multi layer red velvet cake to that decadent salted caramel apple crumble square...there's so much to try and it all is mouth wateringly delicious! Now...next I have to come some day and actually eat some food instead of dessert! (I've heard it's as incredible as the desserts!)

My family and I just enjoyed some delicious breakfast. The breakfast wraps are on point and my daughter loved the ham and cheese breakfast bagel. We will definitely be coming back.

I’m a sweets guy, had the red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and was blown away it was awesome! Had a nice americano and enjoyed almost an hour in there with my wife. Great vibes place was bumping.

I've been here for lunch 3 times so far and I will certainly be coming back for more! The food is absolutely delicious! It's nice to have an interesting choice of natural food, rather than the artificial fast food I find everywhere else. Great food in a great environment served quickly by friendly people! Doesn't get any better than that.

Hands down the best high tea in the Durham region. A "must do" for the perfect way to spend an afternoon. The variety of nibbles was breathtakingly presented, fresh and plenty or choose from. I know that I will be back again and again to experience it.

Family atmosphere and a great place to enjoy a treat anytime during the day. great hours and more important amazzing people.

Had a great time at Jolie Cafe, came in for a Tea and stayed for the social atmosphere, had some great laughs and a good time, I'll be back !!!!!
