Employees are all very helpful. Ice guys always let us on the ice early when they can.
Nice enough establishment. The west rink is older and outdated. Seating is not good. And it is so freezing cold as an observer. Aldergrove arena in comparison is 10x better. It's just way too cold. Colder than it should be. Seats have no backings. It's a bit of a downgrade from the aldergrove arena. However staff are helpful and it is a nice facility. They may just need to update heat lamp situation and better seating. Even my child who was physically active moving on the ice was freezing.
Nice location and great staff. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. It appears there seems to be changes happening in the rinks and it’s having a positive impact on users.
The rooftop pool cannot be beat...large glass garage doors can be opened on nice days to a view-perfect deck.
My grandson has hockey here. The rink is always in good condition. The seating area and changing areas are always clean. Covid protocols are in place.
No issues handy location lots of parking Good ice also has a skate shop with expert sharping staff.
Love this place clean dressing rooms nice staff and I only gave 4 stars because they don't have the heat on all the time for the players family's that come watch in the stands
Good ice with a variety of programs such as public skating, stick and puck, drop-in.
Prices are a few bucks higher than city subsidized arenas but still competitive.
Awesome staff. Ice is really good too. I go to the Tuesday adult dropin hockey and its a real good group of guys, competetive and fun.
Plowed snow it's great place an management was help full I didn't see the seating area you have to phone I think people zit up stairs phone them
Change rooms are cold. The ice conditions are hit and miss. Men's league is decent hockey and lots of fun.
