I'm not sure if they have new owners, but this place has gone downhill. I've been ordering the Greek Mediterranean wrap for years
Today I went and noticed that the price went up ( which I understand with price of living blah, blah)and they were so disorganized.
The wrap was much smaller with a different tortilla ( not better tasting). Mushy tomatoes and no onions and less ingredients all in all
I won't be returning 😔

I can’t believe I paid $9.70 for a wrap from here. The taste was absolutely horrible and the chicken the vegetables were cold. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time or money on this place.

This has been one of my favorite healthy fast food spots. I asked for extra mango sauce for my wrap- they gave me straight up oil which was also put on the wrap. Worst wrap ! Could not go back as they had already closed.
Left them a message but no one called me back. Disappointed in my experience with them.

Picked up some wraps for lunch to take away, I was disappointed with the lack of flavour and laziness they were prepared with. The owners are not very enthusiastic towards what they do, very little communication and complete lack of energy all around for customer service. Wouldn't go back, overpriced and under seasoned!

Ordered 3 wraps to go (grilled veggie, cajun and honey dijon club) and was disappointed! All three wraps lacked flavor. The cajun and grilled veggie wrap was mostly filled with jasmine rice with very minimal toppings. I rarely leave Google reviews but felt compelled to write one. Will not be going back again! Save your money and go elsewhere

Horrible customer service. After I ordered, they forgot about my order and continued to serve the people in the line after me. After 10 minutes of realizing my food wasn't being prepared, I notified the girl at the cash register who had taken my order but she had no recollection of it. After about 20 minutes, and numerous conversations, finally got my food which I order on a weekly basis.

Got the Kansas city BBQ wrap (chicken) for a work party and it was terrible! Beans were undercooked and rock hard and the flavor was bland, didn't taste like BBQ at all. I was so disappointed with it I don't even want to try the other wraps...also, I thought it was supposed to have mashed potatoes in it and I got rice instead...would not recommend.

I had the baja chicken wrap today. It was so amazing and fresh. All the veggies were crunchy and it has just enough sauce and the wrap was soft. Amazing

So good!. These wraps are so delicious and don't leave you feeling bloated and disgusting after! Service was fine every time I have been and they have great meatless options! The Santa-Fe Veggie wrap is my favorite! The bbq ranch sauce on it is amazing. Some wraps can be a bit pricey but I find you are really paying for quality, fresh products!

Nothing special.... I, too, have had my order messed up (not enjoyable for a vegetarian, as I couldn't eat the wrap), and don't find the wraps all that special. The menu is large so there's lots of variety; the wraps are large, but mostly filled with rice. The sauces could be better, too... a bad sauce ruins the whole meal!

Great food, maybe a bit pricey.. The food here is fantastic. You won't really get a wrap here that you'll be disappointed in. However, there are wraps where after you're done with them, you'll wonder why you just paid THAT much for what you just ate.

Incredible food. I started going to Reel Wrapps when they first opened in their old location; that was probably 10 years ago? I've been going ever since. Definitely one of my favourite places for lunch or dinner. Their chicken and beef is REAL, not that compressed/fake stuff you get from Subway or Quizno's. The ingredients are fresh and the tortilla is super soft. My favourite wrap is the Fajita (chicken or beef). I highly recommend this place! It's a rare gem among all the other fast food places out there trying to cut corners in food quality; Reel Wrapps is a wonderful exception!

I drive half an hour for one of these wraps. I will drive from Langley to Abbotsford to get lunch at Reel Wrapps because the wraps there are just SO good. They have lots of different kinds but I usually get either the Greek or the Buffalo Chicken. They always use super fresh veggies, real chicken breast and soft flour wraps. The large is HUGE and super filling and I can never finish it but I went for the small once and was still kind of hungry after. It's worth the drive!

Amazing!. Given that my occupation revolves fitness and health, there are very few places I will go out to eat, and Reel Wrapps is one of those rare gems where the food is delicious AND healthy! The staff is wonderful and quick to accommodate customizations on your order, and the wraps are always generously filled with meat and veggies (not just rice). <br/><br/>My favourite wrap is the Cuban Chicken, it is an amazing combination of fresh sugar peas, corn, and sweet mango-habenaro chicken. Yum!

Regulars. My hubby and I eat there about 3 times a week. They are fast, healthy, affordable and hot. Regualr size is massive and very filling no matter which flavor. For those who are trying to eat more veg - this is the way to go! We love the Breakfast, Chicken Bacon Caesar, Jambalaya and the very decadent Chunky Monkey (dessert). Any allergies - no problem they will accomodate any wrap just for you!

Great wrap- a small will fill you up! I am the guy that orders a large or footlong sub and can easily polish off a med pizza to myself. However the serving size is generous. I had the Thai Chicken as per the first review and it was very good. I was skeptical about rice in a wrap because you usually have more rice and very little of anything else. Not the case here- generous amount of chicken and veggies. Next time I am trying the jumbalya (sp?) wrap- that looked goooood!!!!
