Review Mcdonald's - Abbotsford

This is the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. They treat customers like they are trash, and the food here is absolutely disgusting (Look at photo posted - That's supposed to be a quarter pounder!! 🤮) The restaurant was horribly dirty. Staff standing around doing nothing and making fun of homeless people. What the hell?! Doesn't McDonald's as a corporate identity care who owns a franchise anymore and how the people that do smear thier name and make them look terrible? Do something about it!!

This mc donalds in Abbotsford is huge, the parking lot is huge as well, came for late snack after walking around the park.friendly staff quick service, there's a large kids play area. Found it a little hard to get buzzed in to use the washroom. It's nicely decorated in there as well. There is a huge parking lot. Always make sure u double check your order when u get it.

I used to work here, I’m sad with how bad it’s all gotten. The presenter today didn’t say a word besides a grunt, and my McDouble was super sloppy/falling apart.

This is the most absolutely worst McDonald’s around. Do not go here if you value your order being correct or timely. I have been I’ve been here several times recently and every single time was a total disaster. Four trips to the drive-through for a breakfast bagel sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese, nothing complicated) that they still couldn’t make right last Sunday and then tonight waiting 17 minutes for some stale chicken nuggets and cold fries. And they aren’t even apologetic. In that time my husband‘s actually hot Dinner went cold and had to be re-purchased at a different restaurant. what I wouldn’t give to have bought my dinner at Wendy’s just like he did and avoided this whole disaster. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.

Always mistakes at this mcdonalds they can't even figure out which meat goes in which burger ordered a filet o fish received this a Jr chicken patty inside.

We only went through the drive through so can not give it five stars as we never went inside for the full experience. The drive-through staff on this day were very nice, humorous and professional. The line went quick. Nothing bad I can say.

The $1 ice creams are ridiculously tiny. The ad made it sound like regular cones were a dollar but that was misleading. Don't bother. We thought it would be a cool Saturday night treat for the kids. Disappointing.

Drive thru. Asked if they had chocolate sundae, they said yes. One size. Ok. But it wasn't chocolate, it was fudge. I hate fudge. The ice cream didn't taste like ice cream. I have also ordered a chocolate milkshake, which was just souring. This location is known for getting orders wrong. Check before leaving.
