Quality can be lacking during busy hours, but I am very picky. Booths are uncomfortable and leaning back on them, pushes into the guest behind you. A little awkward when the other person pushes back real hard. Like dude, you want a piece of me?
If you are looking for a more artistic and diverse sushi experience, you may want to try Little Japan on Marshall Road.
Nice and clean place. This is usually my go to shushi Restaurant, fresh ingredients. No surprises here...you get what you order. Prices are decent and service is good.
Whoever named Yummy Sushi as the best sushi in Abbotsford was not far wrong. It is very good indeed. Like most sushi joints, it is run by Koreans, so it also has a nice selection of Korean fare. The cones are stuffed full of sushi; I have never had so much sushi in a cone before. Highly recommended.
We try to check out all the sushi places providing they do not have consistent bad reviews. My fiancé took me to Yummy's for my birthday and I must say we were both happy with the sushi we ordered. The service was a bit lacking (had to ask for my tea refill) and I did notice one couple waiting for a take out order was waiting a long time. I must note there was only us and another couple in Yummy's at that time. Our food came at proper speed. I loved the fact that they provided a "on the house" volcano roll sample. To bad it was what we ordered. The tempura is perfect
With all that was said we will go back to Yummy's to try other dishes

The building doesn't catch your eye but the sushi is phenomenal! Exceptional sashimi! We went two days in a row on our holiday in abbotsford!
Best sushi I've ever had!. This is my favorite sushi place to go to. I've been going here for years and I'm always happy with the food and service. I've never had a bad experience. I won't go to any other sushi place in town. They have the best chilli sauce and I can't get it anywhere else. I give this place a 10 plus rating. I continue to bring all of my friends and family here especially ones from out of town to brag about this place. I don't know what I would do if I ever leave abbotsford. This is by far the best sushi.

First of all, the woman posted reviews before are the same person but she pretend to be someone else, there were no table sitting beside her except me, she was lying for everything, all of us we're feel sorry about yummy sushi and we paid a lot of tips for them because the woman didn't pay for their bill. There is no point to pretend someone else to post the same review , if you wanna make the review looks real, maybe you should change some sentences to keep your story different from the first one. Funny , really funny!

Don't go there! Summer time NO air conditioner at all! Very hot and slow, u have to wait more than 30 minutes for ur food!
Fresh Sushi!. With the lineups at the door, you can almost be sure that their food is FRESH. If you're looking for fancy sushi then this is not the place for you. I found the service is friendly enough, but sometimes rather slow. I like their rolls and great tuna tataki tho!
Amazing volcano rolls, I'd eat here more often if it wasn't so pricey. It'd be nice if they had an All You Can Eat menu
My favorite place to go for sushi... There's always little freebies that come to our table, the servers do a great job and yhe sushi is excellent. The volcano rolls are my favourite!
We looovvve yummy! We go at least once a week and they are so friendly and the food is great! They have the best spicy Agadashi tofu I have ever had. Their rolls are great and so are their salads(sonomono, gomae). Always fresh food and never any complaints with it. Their benches suck tho as anyone sitting behind you moves your seat whenever they move! Can get pretty annoying when your trying to eat!
I judge sushi spots on their spicy tuna rolls. The spicy tuna rolls here are some of the best I've had in the valley.
This is our most favourite sushi spot in town! We try to make it a weekly affair whenever possible. Such a friendly family that runs the place and the food is always up to expectation!

WOW - finally found great sushi!. I moved to Abbotsford in September to go to school. I tried out a few sushi places and was mostly disappointed. I saw this place while going shopping at SuperStore and thought I'd give it a try at some point but never got around to it. I finally managed to get the boy to drive out to Abby and we paid it a visit.
WOW! I'm so glad we did. I'm very impressed. The miso soup was delicious - something that is so easily done, yet so often messed up. Agadashi tofu was possibly the best I've ever made. They used a small amount of some type of thick, sweet sauce on top of it - simply amazing. I had a yam tempura roll too and it was outstanding. Packed with yam, there was no skimping here. It was also cut into pieces so it was nice and crispy, unlike the soft chunks you get elsewhere.
The boy seemed happy too. He liked his sunomono and enjoyed a crunch roll - california roll topped with tempura bits. Not really my thing but he enjoyed it. He also had a spicy california roll and the sauce they used was exceptional.
Glad to have found this place and it's the new regular haunt!

A cut above. My wife and I went to Yummy Sushi to celebrate our 3 months of marriage, we had an awesome time. At first glance at the menu some things seem a little more expensive than your usual sushi restaurants but when the food comes you realize why. The portions are much larger. For example the sashimi pieces are the equivalent of 2 or 3 pieces at some other restaurants. Oh and you have to try their Volcano roll, it's absolutely mouth watering good. Volcano roll is a california roll thats been deep fried in tempura batter. Their selection is great their service is great, We had an all around good time. we were able to both be full and our bill was still less than $40
