Excellent service, very friendly, comfort food menu. Clean and tidy, if a bit dated which has its charm. Food was excellent; my omelette was perfectly cooked and loaded with veggies. My wife’s shepherds pie looked savoury and loaded as well (tho she said it was quite salty). Our experience was still very positive! We will be back!

There is nothing I don’t like about this place! Great menu, Rempels Farmer Sausage Omlette is my “go to,” the staff are friendly and helpful, coffee keeps coming and the food is efficient. I love this place! The pancakes are also outstanding!

Just had dinner at the new location. All we can say is WOW!! Everything was piping hot and delicious. Service was terrific too! I had the veal cutlet which included FRESH veggies, mashed potatoes, a warm roll with a cup of soup to start. So happy to see another homestyle dinner place in the area.

I have been to Rivers many times and it is always great. My only concern with the new location is the benches seem a little too low and as a result the table feels too high. Overall it is still great.
