Always have the very best experience here, and the prices are extremely reasonable! John, Jordan, and the entire staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Seafood is fresh and delicious. The family recipe for clam chowder is to die for. No wino would ever be disappointed, and their cocktails are classic and on point. Our go-to place!

Bow & Stern is a restaurant which offers very kind and attentive customer service. The staff are all very focused and get the food served quickly. The food starting with dishes such as the Mac & Cheese (With Lobster) are good, but oddly it allows the seafood to speak for itself more than the main dish. Personally I feel the main feature of the dish could have spoke for itself more, rather than relying on the bite of the lobster but personal preferences aside I enjoyed a lot of the dishes. The seafood alone in some dishes are done really well and my compliments go out to the chefs. Side dishes were really good, lots of flavour in their sauces and the foods were well seasoned. All-in-all the food was good and the experience is quite enjoyable, just felt some foods were either a bit bland or dry but I need to give it another try. try it for yourself and let them prove me wrong! I will definitely be returning soon and can't wait to see all the friendly staff again!

Had a great dinner here this past weekend! Service was on point from the moment we sat down. Ordered calamari as an appetizer and our server noticed they were clumped together so she immediately brought us a new one. Despite that little hiccup the calamari tasted amazing. Had the mac and cheese with lobster and mussels with bread for mains. Mac and cheese was good but lobster was a bit overcooked and chewy, whereas the mussels were outstanding. We were too full for dessert but considered that a good thing! Great drinks and atmosphere as well. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again!

I have been to the Bow and Stern back to back nights. The food is amazing, bothe the salmon and steak were cooked perfectly and the steak was probably one of the best steaks I have eaten! (Forgot to take a photo until it was gone). The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable which adds to the experience. Atmosphere is very modern and kept up to date and makes for an enjoyable and relaxing evening. I will be back while on work trips in the area and sending people I know. 10/10

Yummy, yummy in my tummy tum, tum! My colleague had mentioned how he dined here and really enjoyed it so my entire family hopped on the car and drove down (or up) to see (or better put eat) for ourselves! It was pretty late to be out with kiddos but out we were! It wasn’t crowded at all (being quite late on a weekday I guess) so we were promptly seated. Our appies came and made us quite happy but it still didn’t prepare us for what was to come. The mains arrived and I forget what the meals were called on the menu (will be back to update that when I confirm). People, I kid you not! It was goooood! I shared the sea food platter we both thoroughly enjoyed it. I don’t know what sauce it was served with but I made sure to pack what was left of it along with our leftovers of course. My sister too said her meal was really good. Sadly, only our 4yo picky eater was left out of all the fun. We were really stuffed so we ordered the cheesecake to share…what an error! That slice just didn’t do! My child almost ate the plate and was talking about this cheesecake for dayssss asking when we’ll go back to that place with the cheesecake! We enjoyed the leftover again a few days after our visit and I used the rest of that sauce (remember the one I had them pack? Yup! That one) I used it for a shrimp stir fry and it tasted like a whole new meal! Do I still need to say we had a great experience here?! Yes we did! Ambience was nice and chill. Other patrons looked really happy too so the vibe was great. I think it’s a wee bit pricey but eh! Where I come from we have the saying that goes ‘better soup na money kill am!’ And I hear it’s not much different if you are looking at a good sea food place so… If you are wondering if you should go there…put your shoes on, grab your jacket, go now! Pretty sure you’ll like it!
